I was the only one in the place, and of 10 people working. they all ran around like ants, not answering any of my question. Not to mention when I first walked in they were already apologizing to the one other person who didn't work there. The manager was the first one to ask me if I had been helped and then there was half a dozen people asking what I needed immediately after. Told them I had a flat they told me to pull it around which I did, mentioned I had a flat they said I'll put some air in it. Had to specifically ask them to look at my tire because it had dropped 10 psi in the last hour. Took one look said it looked fine and grabbed an air compressor and came back. Had to insist he look at it again which he found a screw And it was irreparable. They didn't have a tire for a 2026 Toyota Camry in stock. At a Toyota dealership. Said theres a tire shop right down the road that might be able to repair it and turned away before putting air in the flat tire. Had to ask them to top off the air before leaving and then had to wait 5 minutes for them to come back to ask them which tire shop they were talking about. Gave me the name and turned away while I was trying to ask what to do as it was a Toyota rental. responded with idk call the one you rented it from (I had just been on the phone with them and they told me to bring it there for repair). Terrible service.

Boy, was that a mistake! First of all, they gave my wife a hassle over the extended warranty. Then, they diagnosed the problem, charged a substantial (and heretofore, undisclosed) diagnostic fee and stated that it wasn't covered under the extended warranty (which was true). We then took the car to Big O Tire without disclosing anything about Clint Newell's diagnosis and they diagnosed it for free and gave us a much better price on the service! Suffice to say, we will never be going back to Clint Newell. It is now time that we are considering trading in our vehicle and we will be making the trek to either Eugene, Grants Pass or Medford and definitely bypassing Clint Newell and I would suggest that you do the same!

We were trading in my car so we wanted a fair deal, plus the employee pricing discount! After a few visits to his boss we had a deal, we think a great deal. Down payment and monthly payments right where we wanted. The credit visit while a little longer due to all the paperwork but was also stress free. Christinna was very easy to work with and sure knows her car purchase laws and paperwork! She made it very easy and quick. We haven't purchased a car in over 15 years and were expecting pushy sales people, stressful dealings and it was no of that! It was a great purchase through the whole transaction. This is not a wear-and-tear issue--it's something that should have been checked before selling the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership by email to discuss the issue and request assistance with the repair costs, but I received no response at all. Ignoring a customer who just bought a vehicle from you is unacceptable. Selling a car in this condition without disclosure shows either negligence or dishonesty. I now have to pay for repairs that should have been addressed before the sale. I expected better integrity and accountability from a licensed dealer. I'm sharing this review to warn other buyers: Have any vehicle from this dealer inspected by an independent mechanic before buying, and be cautious of how they handle problems after the sale.
