With…read moregreater than 99% adherence to the program over 14 weeks my results were well short of expectations that were highly touted by the saleswoman at the beginning. Two weeks before I completed the program an employee congratulated me that I had already qualified for graduation and should feel very happy with my results. With one week left a different employee told me I was not on track to qualify for graduation and was given wrong information the week prior. On the last day the original girl who mislead me downplayed the importance of graduating. Asking me over and over why I "needed" their validation. Without qualifying for graduation I wasn't eligible for the lifetime free maintenance program. Validation had nothing to do with it...value for my time, efforts and money was the motivation. With a general knowledge through basic research one can obtain the same results for a small fraction of the costs while avoiding the memorized counseling script that the employees repeat week after week.
