With the help of 3010 Weight Loss for Life I have lost 85 pounds (so far). This program works -- if you follow it. If you don't, it won't. It's pretty simple really. Although it is a bit expensive, I thought of it as an investment in me -- my health, body and life. To be honest, the price made it even easier for me to follow. Why waste the money if you don't stick to it? Also, the support you get from the women who work at this location is wonderful. I know at least 10 people who have done the program and it has worked for all but 1 person - this works! Go to DT Sea as these ladies are the best! I'm an active guy who has consistently battled that extra 20-30 pounds. Nothing to the point of concern but heavier than I wanted. 2016 was a year of life changes for me including dropping that extra weight. I dropped 35 pounds and have kept most of it off for 4 months. But thanks to continued check-ins, when I started to gain a some back, the team has been right there to help me be aware of the choices I was making. I'm now dropping again and headed back to a happy place. The 3010 program was clear and simple. The hard part - and yes there is a hard part - is simply stopping yourself from eating the things you know you shouldn't eat. The 'astronaut food' is not amazing but most of it tastes good and gets the job done. There are also self-help tapes that really work and I found great comfort in. It helped to reset the stories I had told myself for so many years. But I have to say, that the 'magic' came from the staff!! That's what makes this location amazing! Samantha, Jane and Jessica all know their science and know the struggles that regular people have. They never pushed but encouraged, they supported me as I would talk through the struggles and most of all they held me accountable to myself! Which is what it's all about. If you need a strict program and accountability, this program does work. It's a very low carb (30g/day) diet. If you follow it strictly, you WILL lose weight quickly. That said, it's too expensive for what you get. It's about $280 per week for a weigh-in and few minutes of coaching, $50 worth of protein supplements/meals, a 30 minute "relaxation" audio session and 10 minutes on a vibrating platform. You pay in advance for the number of weeks it should take you to reach your goal if you follow the program perfectly. You can subscribe to the audio programs yourself so you can listen when you're falling asleep -- much more useful -- but that's a separate $30/month that they SHOULD include. If you don't need the weigh-ins to motivate you, you can do this program on your own for less than $70 per week: buy "BariWise" foods online, and subscribe to "PorterVision" audio. The weight loss is effective, but only because you are starving yourself. I ate so little that I was experiencing headaches and wooziness 24/7 despite taking supplements. After the program was over, my body immediately put back on 10-15 pounds. read more

I love the ladies of 3010 downtown. They are a great group of women who have supported me through the most major weight loss in my life. I have tried so many other things: running, paleo, Crossfit, counting calories, and many others, but nothing has worked as well as 3010. I look forward to my weekly visits with them and they have been nothing but supportive for me as I have worked through my own temptations (alcohol and bread amongst others) and my own needs (finding which foods on the program I liked and didn't). I have definitely noticed not only the changes to my body, but the changes to my cravings and urges. I think I used to buy snacks at Starbucks or similar locations because I thought it was cool or that they would taste good, but now looking at fakey food products and over sugared items makes me cringe. My program was sponsored by my employer who had also successfully gone thru the program. We are all skeptical about diet programs and the ups and downs associated with them. I started the program as a skeptic and by the end of the first week I was losing weight and feeling better the benefits to my health alone have been immeasurable. The program is straightforward and easy to follow and has proven effective. I still have cravings for those foods not on program but with time I have missed them less. Just over Thanksgiving day I had splurged a bit (some mashed potatoes and stuffing) but the next day I was back on program and still finished the week losing weight. Lauren and Allie are great cheerleaders and passionate about their work and when I am finished with my program I will miss their smiling faces the most. In the end the program is everything you make of it, your effort is your gain. Don't let anyone tell you that the cost is to high, what is it weighed against the benefits like feeling better about yourself (that alone is worth more) your body feeling good, your health improvements. I had an amazing experience with the 30-10 crew. I went from 270lbs and a 44" waist to 205lbs and a 34" waist in 19 weeks, and at my recent annual medical was given a perfect bill of health for the first time in 20 years. The weight is still off 4 months after "graduating" from the 30-10 program. I cannot say enough what a life-changing experience this has been. In the past I've tried exercise (moderately successful), veganism (meh), low fat (nah), Weightwatchers (nope), and nothing has had any large degree of success. I heard about 30-10 on the radio, and figured I had nothing to lose by paying them a visit. I'll be honest. At my first consultation, I got a "hard sell". The consultant tried various tricks to get me to hand over $5K and it didn't feel right, even though she promised amazing results. So I decided: I'll give it one more year of trying by myself, and then I need to just give them a chance. I spent the next 12 months trying the same type of high-protein diet 30-10 recommends. But without help and support I totally failed, and my weight hit finally hit 270lbs at the age of 40. I felt sick. I found myself buying extra-sized clothing, and I felt terrible about myself. I consulted a doctor about liposuction, but that just doesn't get to the really unhealthy visceral fat. And frankly, it seemed stupid that I'd need surgery. Surely this is just a diet problem, right? One year later, as promised to myself, I went back to 30-10 on 1st Avenue in desperation. My previous consultant wasn't there, and instead Jane, Samantha and Jessica gave me a very different experience. Gone was the hard sell. Instead, I encountered warmth, compassion, and optimism (which remained throughout my experience). I decided to go for it. So here's the deal. 1. Its expensive. Be prepared for that. Don't think you can do the program for a few weeks, "figure it out", and then try to do a DIY version at home.You WILL fail. 2. You absolutely cannot cheat or bend the rules. Not ever. The program rules are simple but you have to be diligent. Small deviations really eat into your losses. You do not know better. They know better, so get over it. 3. If that's honestly a problem, stop now. 4. It 100% works. I averaged about 3.5lbs of weight loss per week. It went like this: Weeks 1-2: Fun, exciting, lots of energy. 10 lbs gone pretty much straight away. Weeks 3-4: So hard. Hungry all the time, a little grumpy. Sugar cravings. Weeks 5-10: Holy crap I look different. Eating style has changed, hunger/cravings completely gone, I have figured out interesting ways to eat on the program. Glad I'm doing it. Weeks 11-16: OMG so bored. I've tried every packet food they have, and I'm so ready to be done. Had to buy new jeans because my 44" ones won't stay up even with a belt. Weeks: 17-19: Am I graduating yet? Am I graduating yet? Am I graduating yet? Throughout the program the girls at 30-10 were fantastic. When I fell off the wagon, they smiled and gave me ideas to resolve my problems. When I succeeded they high-fived and hugged me. If I wanted to eat out (like for my birthday) they'd phone the restaurant and concoct a custom meal for me that meets the program requirements. And finally, when I was ready THEY told me I was done. They didn't try to keep me on the program for a few more weeks just to squeeze another grand out of me. They showed a great deal of integrity, support and passion in what they do. I am a young super busy mom of three kids under four years old!! It's super easy to take things to eat when I am on the go!! Okay, 7 months in and I love my new lifestyle. This is not a diet, its a way of life. I am still at my goal weight and feeling better than ever. 5'9", 130 and muscle mass is up too!! This is the first time I have lost weight, feel great, and am not hungry or thinking about food all the time. I am so impressed with the 3010 program and the staff at the downtown Seattle location!! I was very hesitant and skeptical about even making an appointment at a weight loss clinic that I thought about it for months and kept telling myself that I could lose the weight myself. After all, I only had 20lbs to lose (or so I thought!). If I buckled down and kept my commitment to myself, I could do it on my own. However, I became increasingly frustrated with my new, stubborn post-menopausal body. I read lots of articles and bought a few books about the loss of estrogen that comes with menopause and how it contributes to that dreaded weight gain around the abdomen, hips, and thighs and what I could do to avoid it (too late!) and/or get rid of it, none of which worked for me. I was coming to the conclusion that this was my new reality ... and I wasn't happy about it. After a year of this nonsense, I made the call, came in, and talked to Jane, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!! I'm a whole foods gal so I was really skeptical about signing up to a program that provided pre-packaged food but what I soon found out was that the program is all about whole foods and none of the chemicals that processed foods contain. When I learned that I could have my same big green salad with lots of veges for lunch and dinner, plus more yummy proteins and more fat, I was sold! The ladies at 30/10 in Belltown are the best!!! I was a little scared at first, but the ladies reassured me that I could do it and would kick butt in the process. Had a great experience working with 3010 WLFL in meeting my health goals. The program was easy to follow and the results showed. I thought the food products tasted great and the staff were wonderfully kind, helpful and motivating. There were several instances where I needed help navigating tricky dieting scenarios (work dinners, vacation, travel) and in all cases they were there to help with action plans. I just completed a 6 week session at 30/10 weight loss for life using the downtown Seattle office. There are few "pros" and many "cons". I was swayed by the blitz of radio advertising and even some recommendations from second party references. The pros: Friendly staff, nice facility and I did lose some weight. This acted as a catalyst to have me search out other high protein, high green vegetable, low carb, low sugar diets that would be sustainable at a significantly lower cost. The cons: I am big on expectation setting and was repeatedly told that male weight loss on the program averaged 4 to 6 pounds per week. I rationalized that if i could lose 5 pounds per week i could justify the expense in order to drop 30 pounds in 6 weeks. Only once did I hit 4 pounds per week and my overall weight loss for the 6 week time frame was 16 pounds. The cost for the program was $1520 for 6 weeks. Simple math demonstrates that I paid $95 per pound. Really! The only time i strayed from the program was on Thanksgiving where I had some wine and one small piece of pie. In order to receive the weight loss for life benefit you must meet their body metrics numbers. I started at 16 and after 6 weeks had only dropped to 15. According to 30/10 i needed to be at 9. My actual weight had to go from 196 to 167. At $250 per week plus you have to buy your own protein and veggies for dinner this gets really expensive! The packaged food was tolerable but not for 3 or 4 months and the diet of outside foods is VERY RESTRICTIVE. I was never offered a long term maintenance program as to the plan to keep the weight off once I had reached their required goal. The weekly weigh in sessions with the quasi hypnosis tapes and the vibration machine seemed to be of little benefit to me. My girlfriend was also on the program at another office and experienced similar results so she discontinued the program and returned to Dr. Dukan's diet that had worked successfully for her but did not provide as rapid a result as 30 10 had offered. Again, in 30/10's defense I did lose some weight BUT at a significant cost, significantly less than I had been led to believe and there was no long term plan provided. There are better and more affordable alternatives out there. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She has been suffering from hyperthyroidism for the past 10 years and gave up all hope on losing weight. I convinced her to try 3010 weight-loss for life and within one month she has lost 15lbs. Not only does she look good but she feels great. Yes, the program works, but more importantly it gives you tools to change bad eating habits. I asked a ton of questions about how bodies use nutrients, how adding butter could possibly help me lose lbs, why apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic and on and on. Jane really took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as giving me things to switch up like timing of certain foods.. The knowledgeable and supportive staff are there even after you hit your goal, helping you stick with, or in my case get back to, sustainable healthy eating habits. Transitioning to maintenance was honestly the hardest part of the program. The free accountability weigh-ins and additional coaching when you go to maintenance is such a valuable part of the program because this is when the safety net of eating their food is gone and old habits re-emerge. I didn't love all the food and wish that more real food besides veggies at lunch and being on my own for dinner was gradually incorporated as part of the program to make maintenance less of a jolt. I found it difficult to get 15 grams of protein at each of the first three meals of the day without many carbs on my own. That said, I continue to get great tips from Jane about particular snacks and how to balance the day's protein with fat. Who knew you could lose more weight by eating fat? read more

I must say that if it weren't for 30/10, I would be a huge health risk right now. I joined on 12/28/15. I am now 45 pounds lighter, and I want to keep going. My wife was upset when I originally purchased the plan, because it is pricey...... but dang IT WORKS!!! In fact, I feel a million times better now. My knees feel better, I can run much easier, and can play hoops much easier. I don't sweat like a pig walking up hills anymore, and darnit......... I LOOK GOOD! My wife can't keep her hands off me now. The consultants that I work with are Samantha & Jane. They have the good cop/bad cop routine for my weekly counseling sessions, but they really know their stuff, and each week they teach me something new, and hold me accountable. Samantha (Sam) has a solution for every excuse you give regarding deviations, and I really look forward to her & Jane's feedback each week. I have dropped four inches off my belt, 45 pounds, and I'm much healthier! Best investment I have ever made, and it is still paying off. My 3010 weight loss experience was outstanding! I could not be more pleased with the staff, the program and the results.
