I had a DEXA scan and an RMR (resting metabolic rate) test done. Both were super insightful for the benefit of my health. I recommend both tests! Joel and Tiffany both helped me. They are the owners and they are very kind, compassionate, and detail oriented. They really care about the customers that come through the door. Tiffany took time to sit down with me individually and carefully explain the testing results and answer all of my questions. They also have an app that has the reports and such on it as well for your reference. The space is medium sized and is very easy to get around in and go from test to test if you are doing multiple tests. It's a very clean and well laid out space. It was a little tricky getting into the building, but I figured it out! On that particular day, they had their cute dog in the space with them and that was very calming for me.
