I had literally just moved to MA from Texas and had my car shipped on a truck. Unfortunately, he damaged my bumper when unloading it. My sister in law recommended Milford Collision so I went there as I knew nothing in the area, and I'm so glad she did! They stayed true to their estimate as well as their timeline and were friendly throughout the process. When I picked up my car the interior had been cleaned and I was just so happy with the service. Left my car at this place after a small front collision, needed a front bumper and other things,…read moretook this people almost 7 weeks to fix my car, lost the rental and had no car to go to work, excuse was that they couldn't find parts for it, but I kept receiving text messages that my car was 80% completed, the whole time the car was sitting outside and nothing was done to it, every time I went to see the shop manager and ask when my car was going to be done he was freaking rude and unprofessional, finally I get my car back and don't see any new parts except for the bumper that just fell off my car, yes, just fell off!!! And the freaking thing is actually broken, $8,000.00 paid by my insurance, and this is what I get.

She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. Tammy needs a new job, not to tell me she can't go off what I said, even though it happened in front of my Ring camera. None of your techs write accurate notes. So I will let everyone I know to never use your company unless they enjoy rude customer service where you get yelled at!
