The show was fantastic and I highly recommend seeing it if you ever get a chance. The venue was equally fantastic. Security check was a breeze and security themselves were friendly. Checking in with our tickets was also a breeze and every staff member we encountered was super helpful and friendly. Finding your section and seat is pretty self explanatory but if you do get confused or turned around, there are plenty of ushers around to help. This definitely won't be our last visit to Pioneer Center. We're eyeballing two other shows, "Water for Elephants" and "ELF" for later this year, as well as the highly anticipated "Hamilton" for next year.

The process to book online was fairly simple and it's convenient to choose the seats too. The Pioneer inside is clean and everyone is friendly. They showed us to our seats and even offered to take our picture in front of the sign! It's nice that they offer a concession stand before and at intermission. This play and performance was magical! We look forward to returning.
