Thomas was very helpful in getting my lawnmower issues resolved without me even bringing it in. I just had photos and described the issue. Tiffany helped me find a replacement part for my auger and now it works again. These folks know their stuff! Before going to Lowe's or Home Depot, try out your local Ace Hardware first! They don't have everything the big box stores may have but they have the home town feel and can always order it. The prices aren't outrageous either. First it is locally owned, not a big box, so I love to support local anytime I can. Every time I have walked in there I have been greeted by at least two associates and when I tell them what I need they take me right to the aisle and show me the item. Outstanding Customer Service that is for sure. The price maybe a little higher than Wal Mart, but I am guaranteed to be able to find what I am looking for. The nearest Home Depot is some 30 miles away so this will be the place I shop when I need things. Store is always very clean when I have come into the store. They also have a Lumber yard attached I have not been in need of any lumber as of yet but I have a few projects coming up I will probably check them out on, especially if the pre-cut the lumber I need. Took them back but the "Grill Manager" said they couldn't be returned because they were used. I explained they weren't used and that I had only placed them in the Egg enough to see they were the wrong size. The guy just walked away without even attempting to come to a solution. I returned them to Beverly's Ace Hardware in Gainesville with absolutely no issues. My business will be with Beverly's Ace Hardware going forward.

I pointed out the tag and all the girl had to say was "Sorry, inflation." Her attitude more than anything else prompted this review. I'll pay more and support local, but not for the attitude.
