The website was easy to navigate and overall user-friendly. After scrolling through several pages, I especially appreciated the various options at the bottom for automatically narrowing the viewed selection to products of interest, such as price, metal type, and colors. Originally, I thought a CZ Ring might be perfect, then I found an interesting pendant on the website but had a few questions. When I called the customer service number, the representative I spoke with was very patient and helpful. She was able to clarify for me the weight and solidity of this pendant, and offered additional information to help me gauge its size appropriateness for the recipient I am considering. The representative even proactively recommended the selection of a heavier chain (since one is not included) to provide support for this pendant on an active individual. The representative I spoke with said all their jewelry items are solid gold, not hollow or gold plated, and are an "appropriate weight for the design of each piece". When I asked, she told me this item could also be engraved prior to shipping at a cost of $35 for up to five letters. Out of curiosity, I wanted to know if this pendant had any marking indicating it is a cubic zirconia (CZ). The representative said it was not stamped with anything other than 14K to indicate the gold content. I was told that the cost of shipping is included in price and that they ship via FedEx 3 Business Day. She said they typically ship products within 1 to 2 business days of placing the order. Since this item would be intended for a gift, I asked her what sort of return policy they offered (for non-engraved items), in case it was not what we wanted. The representative explained that they offer a 14 day return. When a product is returned, they charge a 10% restocking fee, PLUS the cost of shipping that was included in the purchase price. While I am still undecided about purchasing this item, I found the customer service and website for this company to be noteworthy.
