I got a gift certificate from winning a game to come here, so I decided to give it another chance…read more But it was the exact same. The ladies kept trying to push extra services on me and wouldn't disclose the additional pricing. And when I went up to the front, I had scanned the venmo code and put in a 15% tip, ready to pay as long as they didn't pressure me again like last time.... but then they did, so i immediately lowered it before sending it. And then she stopped me and asked me about the amount, I told her I paid and still tipped, and she wouldn't let me leave for 5 minutes until finally telling me I was fine to go. Good massage, but absolutely awful customer service. I would never recommend going here to anyone.

I have been to many of these types of places before and this spot is most certainly not worth the experience you pay for. I got a 1 hour full body massage and spent $85 +tip. The girl who did my massage was sweet. However, the language barrier was SO severe that I couldn't communicate with her important things like areas to focus on, pressure, etc. The room was secluded, but there were no doors, just sliding barriers, so you could hear employees talking outside, which killed the ambiance. I was shocked when I arrived to the room and all that was provided was a very small white towel. No sheet. No blanket. I was so confused. I had never been to a space that didn't at least provide a sheet. There was also no pillow, just a cheap towel outlining the space for your head. I struggled to get comfortable as there was no padding for my face. The massage itself wasn't terrible, which is why I give two stars. Had I paid something like $50 bucks for it I would have said hey, you get what you pay for. However, the pricing is somewhat close to what you can get elsewhere for a much better experience. If I were to come back I would avoid the full body massage and stick to a foot massage!

My condition has developed into a serious inflammatory diease issue -- not arthritis -- and there are days when my body feels locked in pain. Yet every visit helps unlock that immobility so I'm not dependent on a cane all day. My loyalty to Century Massage comes from the consistent care I receive from Lyn, Gwen, and Rob. Each of them brings a different technique that eases pain I cannot manage alone. They even take the time to teach me at‑home exercises that help me get through the day. When my pain became nearly unbearable, Lyn introduced me to red‑light therapy, and it made a real difference. Their dedication, skill, and compassion are why I keep coming back. - helps me feel human again.

I'm currently 9 weeks post surgery and she is really making a difference. I'm looking forward to continued improvement in my condition and the efforts of her and the staff. She's also given me lots of tips to improve my P.T. excercise routine and improve the exercises effectiveness. Michael S

I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.
