*UPDATE* It is September 12th, 2022. It has been 6 weeks since my appointment. Following my initial review, I had the same lady, Marie, reach out and ask to meet with their lead injector and see what they can do. I agreed at first just so they all could see how terribly Alexandra messed up but chose to not follow through in the end because what good were to come from this already horrible situation. Mind you, not once did they even offer to issue a refund for anything. So, the only reason I think they wanted me to come back in, was so they could try to get me to delete my review. Which wouldn't and won't happen because this is medical malpractice, not a messed up food order or bad customer service that can simply be fixed with an "I'm sorry" or "let me get you a new order of food." The main reason I am updating, though, is because I now have a NEW side effect from the under eye Dysport injections that Alexandra McDowell administered. I already have bad eyesight and need to wear contacts to see, but over the past week I have noticed that my right eye is a bit more blurred than than my left eye. I have not had any recent trauma to the face or eye which leaves me to believe that it is from the injections. And mind you, this only happens in rare cases (aka, medical injectors who just simply don't know what they're doing). Just wanted to give another reason why you should not trust this company or the amateurs who work here. read more

I started going to Katie a few months ago to correct botched filler I had done at another location. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to immediately identify the problem areas. It was a process (as she explained it would be) but in a few weeks she had me looking incredible! Since then, we've done Botox and the most amazing micro-needling treatment. She's so talented and has an eye for keeping things looking natural. Btw- the micro needling treatment she does is like micro-needling but on steroids. It's a brand new technique where, instead of just poking the skin, she simultaneously injects tiny drops of Botox and filler into the skin. I've never seen anything like it. My skin is plump and smooth. Literally looks 10 years younger! I feel so fortunate to have found Katie. Last thing I'll say is that she's super easy to get ahold of. Usually I just shoot her a text.
