When you're a model you get to hang out all day and basically take the class with them, until they are ready to inject. I'm not naive to the injecting process (I've worked in the spa industry, dermatology offices etc) but I was naive to what injectors have to know!!!!!!! I'll admit I'm the girl in her 20s etc that would buy the Groupon to save money. With age usually comes wisdom.. and the wisdom I gained in this experience about how much thought you should give to your injector was mind blowing. To hear, all of the things they have to consider, know, have knowledge in?? To take this artery, this vein, this bone structure etc into consideration. Inject with your patients eyes open (to stay in contact with them) because if there is any vision changes you have 45 mins to restore vision if vision is lost...... It scared me. But scared me in a way where I also felt comfort. Knowing I was in Jennifer's chair and the trust I have in her. I felt compelled to write a lengthy review on how everyone should give serious thought to who is behind the needle or cannula. There are many things that could go wrong and you should question the integrity of your provider, their knowledge and the products they use. In today's world it's a fact that people "cut corners". Do you want an injector who "cuts corners" or do you want the best? The best being Jennifer and I'm sure the knowledge she passes on to her team! It's a no brainer for me

My first interaction with the flawless lab team was with Jess formerly known as the blush boss. I messaged her on IG for a promotion she was advertising. She asked for a picture of my lips to see my symmetry. I have epilepsy and sometimes I bite my lips, tongue or the inside of my cheek when I have an episode. My lips had a few scabs, so I mentioned this to her. She replied stating because I had epilepsy she didn't feel comfortable performing this procedure, so I wouldn't be eligible. That is discrimination, not only did she disrespectfully assume about my disability causing trauma but refused service because of it. The screenshot I have of this proves the illegal discrimination! My second interaction was from their main IG page, I had asked a question but the response wasn't in proper English. I get button moshing but this is not how you respond to a potential patient. You represent your brand and business by replying to messages professionally and accept responsibility in correcting yourself. I think that's normal for anyone who using a form of text to communicate but that's not the case for the people running their IG page. LASTLY! I've never booked anything for myself before except my hair or nails. I've done years of research About products, fillers, procedures, the works. I've seen it grow and change overtime and the first time I had ever booked anything for myself was with Danielle the esthetician here. She posted an OCTOBER SPECIAL! (My birthdays in October) The ad was simple: First 5 people to book the procedure and receive the treatment will get a special price. I messaged Danielle on IG and asked if There were spots left and if booked now would it expire? She said nope! So I went all in and booked the for the first time and scheduled the special for December! Within that time I had messaged Danielle stating I had to reschedule the appointment. She didn't communicate anything except that they had cherry financing so I assumed I was fine and rescheduled for January. Some time later I had a feeling that something was wrong, DMed her again asking if I had booked the October special for the month of December would that promotion still apply? No it would not be valid, unless I paid in full, Which is not advertised, even though they take a down payment upon booking. Instead i was told to check my email for future deals and to call when making an appointment. I asked, why it wasn't mentioned in the advertising and if it was ONLY in OCTOBER then why didn't she say that when I asked her if it expired? Danelle was very nice and did try to give me the same discount but I only had the end of the year to use it. I already rescheduled for January and started to feel regretful for wasting my money, stated this to her and she had someone from their team contact me about the misunderstanding. Naila...The manager called me to figure out the problem. She stated she read my messages with Danielle and listened to my complaint about the false advertising. Naila was not understanding but insisted on repeating the word 'understandable', refused to hear what I was saying and also kept repeating that the advertisement says it only a Halloween special. She then had the tenacity to condescendingly say that the ad has a WITCH HAT picture and verbatim: "because of the hat its IMPLIED it's a Halloween special" The ad on Danielle's instagram is not the same one on their main page. It's says that its an October special, not that the special is only in October, not that it has to be used in October and not a thing about Halloween. Naila's statement actually admits it's false advertising. She proceeded to be condescending to me and said "if you want me to go ahead and post the details on every IG post then we can totally do that so theirs no confusion but I think it was clear it was a Halloween special." Well actually what's clear is the post on Danielle's page was false advertising. YES NAILA I would love for you to hold your employees accountable! I will never be a patron here. I just wanna say I love Hanna! Like literally. The moment I got there I was so nervous, I was legit shaking. But her hubby is the greatest guy ever! The moment I walked in He made me feel so welcomed, he immediately made conversation with me and I felt less nervous after that. he's literally so kind. When I finally got to meet Hanna, let me tell you! She's the nicest person ever! She so sweet and she knows what she is doing. She was so gentle. During the procedure she kept talking to me through it, and they both kept telling me it looked so good, like they were hyping it up! After I was like well yea it's your job to hype it up, but when I saw my lips done omg lemme tell you they weren't lying at all! They were so bomb. Her work is amazing!!! They are both in the room and they work so well together. Hubby is always like, " yes I love your work." "Those lips look bomb." Best hubby ever! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Amplified Beauty in Scottsdale and I am writing…read moreto formally document this experience with Amplified Beauty, located at 10752 N. 89th Place, Unit C-231, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I originally went in on July 18 for a Dysport promotion I saw on social media. During my appointment, I was upsold on additional services and spent nearly $1,000. I was reassured that, "with an investment like that, we will make sure you are happy with our service." Based on that reassurance, I felt comfortable spending the money. At my August 1 follow-up appointment, I was seen by Emily, the owner. I specifically told her I could still see movement between my eyebrows, which was one of my main concerns. Emily said she did not see the movement and decided not to add additional Dysport to that area. When the movement continued, I contacted Emily again on August 13 and asked to be seen in person. I was then told I would have to PAY for additional units. This is where I have a serious problem. This was not a new concern. I specifically raised it during their "touch-up window," and Emily chose not to treat the area further. Now I was being asked to pay more to correct the same issue I had already brought to her attention. Emily later stated that their touch-up policy only allows up to 15 additional units--something I do not recall ever being disclosed when I agreed to nearly $1,000 in services. She also referred to the consent form stating that results are not guaranteed. I understand cosmetic treatments cannot guarantee a specific result. My complaint is about how my concern was handled. I raised the issue during the appropriate follow-up period "touch up window" and relied on the owner's professional judgment when she decided not to address it. I do not believe I should then be expected to pay additional money for the same unresolved concern. I made a substantial financial investment based in part on the reassurance that the company would make sure I was happy with the service. Unfortunately, when I raised a legitimate concern within the appropriate follow-up period, I do not feel that the same level of customer care, accountability, or willingness to resolve the issue was demonstrated. I am sharing this experience so that prospective clients can make an informed decision before purchasing services from Amplified Beauty. My experience left me extremely disappointed. I expected Amplified Beauty, and particularly its owner, to address a concern that I clearly raised during the "touch up window" period rather than subsequently requiring me to spend additional money to address the same unresolved issue.
