I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. The last time I was here, the service techs were awesome, showing me my ancient pickup while it was up on the lift. The prices are PHENOMENAL! They are cheaper than the grungy neighborhood garage that has always been the cheapest and I've been using for over 15 years.
