Only if life was this easy. If you make a mistake, go to a place and they make it go away. That's what Heppner's will do for your vehicle. We've had to visit Heppner's just a couple of times in the 20 years that we have lived here. Each time we brought our vehicle in needing some TLC, it was returned to us looking brand new. Speaking of brand new we bought a new car last year. After a few months we noticed a few scrapes. On a car that's several years old, that would not have bothered us that much. But on a car that was only a few months old, that kind of bothered us. Who knows where they came from, we just wanted to get them fixed. The appointment process was easy. They have an estimator option that you can submit pictures of what you need them to fix. They will then contact you. We dropped off our car and a few days later it was ready to pick up. There were two ugly spots. The worst spot was along the side of the front bumper. Then there was a small scratch on the drivers side of the hood. When we picked up our car, the front bumper looked brand new. The paint matched perfectly and you could never tell that there used to be a bunch of scratches on that spot. We did however notice that they forgot the small spot on the hood. I wasn't going to say anything as I was so impressed with how they fixed the other spot but my wife pointed that other spot out to them. They told us it wasn't deep and might be able to buff it out. They took our car right back in and in less then 10 minutes it was ready to go. Being somewhat skeptical that could be done that quickly I took a close look. Once again it looked perfect. Scratch was gone and it looked shiny and new. Our car looked new again and those scratches are now a part of the past. They take care of billing your insurance making the process efficient. I know life isn't this easy but thankfully Heppner's is here to help make life easier for us. read more

I hit a deer on the way to work and Heppner's has been responsive, professional and put my mind at ease.

I've never had a car need body work before, so I cannot make any comparisons. I brought my car in a week ago, and was told it would be ready Monday. When I called them Monday, they said Tuesday morning. When I called Tuesday morning (note: I had to call them to get updates) they said there was a part they didn't realize they needed, my car would be ready Wednesday morning (today) for sure. So, I called this morning (again, they did not call me) and they said there was yet another part they didn't realize they would need, and my car should be ready tomorrow. I don't know what to believe now. An update: Heppner's offered me a rental car, at their expense, after my insurance company contacted them about the delays. read more

I brought my van there for a door repair and some paint work. First time I brought it in (as scheduled) they told me they were behind and would need to delay my repair by two weeks. I get it, there's staff shortages everywhere but told me they'd ge the door ordered and have it ready to hang so it would go quick. So brought it back a second time, person at front desk tells me they've got the door and the repairs should be quick. After a few days of hearing nothing from them, I called and was told they didn't know where my car was. Then they backpedaled and said they would find it. What do you mean find it?! Then they proceed to tell me they don't have the replacement and it will take a while to repair. I, upset, originally left a review here and on FB. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that if I didn't take down my negative reviews of them in social media they wouldn't work on my car. She was extremely rude to my husband and repeatedly lied to him. Dominic, however, was fine to work with, he communicated with me what the status of my vehicle was, even got me in for hail damage repair (that I hadn't originally brought it in for because I was told those repairs were taking months due to the number of hail damaged cars), but it still took a month for repairs. Got the van back and the door still didn't work right- the trim literally just fell off onto my kid one day, and they did the worst paint job I've ever seen on the one little paint patch that needed work. Cutting my losses with the vehicle, I decided to trade in my car rather than bring it back to them for any more work. I will never, ever bring another vehicle to this place again, at least not as long as their rude and unprofessional store manager is gone from there, because she was awful. read more

No quality assurance. I find mistakes and have to report it to the manager. Wouldn't you inspect the work before giving the keys back to the customer? This didn't happen once, but twice. Hopefully there won't be a third time. Not a happy customer. read more

Couldn't have been more impressed. I had a kamikaze deer run into my jeep. These guys brought me home after leaving my vehicle for repair. The gentleman who drove me home was great. I'm not big on reviews but when you get service and treatment beyond expectations it should be recognized. Dustin called me everyday while they had our truck to update me on the process, unsolicited by me. When there was an error he was quick to respond and quickly took care of it. Finally, when I had an issue unrelated to our repair they took the time look at it and fix it promptly.
