Been going to them for about a year now and have had a few defective products but always went back and bought another. But the most previous time I bought a vape and used for 5 hours and found it was defective to the point it was firing randomly and getting hot and burning the coil tried to get a replacement and even showed it was defective an was offered a discount for buying the next. Im usually very pleased by the service but after a few defective products i expected some kinda exchange. read more

Pro: staff is friendly, and store is clean. Con: Although the staff is friendly, they are not very knowledgeable and always claim to be restocking but have very limited options. I went in for HomeTown hero vape juice and they had three bottles of one flavor only. Price was $27.05 - I chose another one that I know is definitely cheaper and it was still $27.05. My first visit was to pick out a vape mod, however, the person REALLY trying to sell it had no idea what she was talking about. Long story short, I ended up with some new age Tech vape that I could not even find videos on how to work. She was obviously just trying to push old inventory out. i thought she spent about 30 minutes getting the vape together, turns out she was Facebooking. Workers here don't really know much about the products they're selling. Owner admitted to "unknowingly" buying, then reselling counterfeit vaporizers. So when uneducated sales team tell you about warranties, the item you end up buying doesn't actually come with any warranty. Vape juices are overpriced. Owner did give me a full refund once I brought back in the bootleg gpen but she didn't seemed too concerned. She just went on to say that she has no idea what's legit or not when making her orders. As if she wasn't surprised at all. I got this item as an anniversary gift and was really wanting the warranty for it. After a suggestion I made, and an eye roll from the owner, she decided to give me a discount on another item for their poor quality control and the inconvenience of me having to bring it back then wait another week for the legit vape. Turns out the one thing I was interested in was marked up so high that even her sympathetic discount wasn't worth it. I def won't be back again. read more
