A few days after my initial outreach, Chahine and his team arrived for the install. They were very respectful of my home wearing booties to protect my floor/carpets from snow. They also left their work area on the roof and in my home spotless. The skylight looks beautiful, and Chahine also offered to help us select a privacy film and install it a few days later. We met with Chris on October 13, 2025, to discuss replacing an exterior patio door at our home in Leesburg. After we reviewed the proposal, we signed the contract on October 15 and paid the 50% deposit with the expectation, per Chris, that our door would be installed within 6 - 8 weeks. We never heard back from Chris and had to contact him OURSELVES on November 28. At that time, Chris let us know Bob, the installation manager, would contact us the following week. It was shortly after that Chris let us know he NEVER PLACED THE ORDER for the door as discussed on October 15. He then scheduled Mark Arnesen to come to our home on December 5 to confirm measurements for the door and we again believed the order was placed. We heard from Chris again on December 10 to let us know the door would arrive the week of December 22, to then receive an email minutes later telling us the shipping date was updated to January 8. All that to be said, we have not heard from Chris since December 13 when we requested a discount on this order for this major inconvenience. I then emailed the owner, Mark Russow, on January 8, but of course, received NO RESPONSE. We are now going on over 3 months and still do not have our door replaced...but yet I received an invoice for our final balance today...with ZERO DISCOUNT APPLIED. I am more than understanding of the ordering process and delays due to the time of year/ holidays, but I am not understanding of the lack of customer service and communication. We purposefully were trying to work and support local businesses, but I cannot recommend enough to avoid working with this company.

He also replaced four glass panes on three windows where the seal was broken and fogging up. His measurements were perfect and the new glass looks amazing. He told me that the frames were in good shape which was relief as the windows are 24 years old. Eddie cleaned the glass, tightened up the locking mechanism, and left no trash or debris behind. Eddie has a great work ethic, takes pride in his work, and is a nice person. He also responds quickly and his prices are very fair. Highly recommend.

Yelp offers the option to send the request to multiple businesses, and that's great because it avoids having to call around. The problem is it can generate a flood of responses. The calls and messages started to pour in, just like the rain in our broken window. Several people responded they could make it on Monday, while others told us they could happily be there earlier and just as happily charge us for "emergency response." Then I heard from Capital Glass. They could be here in an hour and only charge "Monday" prices. I happily agreed. I was dealing with incoming rain, a window that needed to be fixed sooner rather than later, and a bunch of incoming calls. With all that, I didn't bother to look at Capital Glass' Yelp rating. If I had, I probably wouldn't have used them because they had no reviews. I also would have missed out on repairing my window at a reasonable cost.
