I returned the bike but the company claims I did not. They are charging $500 on my credit card. Avoid!

bikes are covered in feces. Realistically not possible to ride anywhere you can't walk as you have to dock every 30 mins.

I got a month pass for $17 -- in sf an electric bike rental can easily run $6 a pop so it was a great deal.

They automatically give you a credit card, over 30% interest! Before I got any paperwork for the 'free loan' they sent me an unsolicited credit card with interest on that card over 30%! I thought it was an unsolicited credit card so I cut it up and threw it away. Almost instantly, I got daily comments through text messages, why have you not activated your credit card? Your credit card needs to be activated immediately!! I don't want their over 30% credit card!! Followed by texts, counting down days to payment due! When I try and set up account on the Synchrony bank app., to make a payment, I find that without a Synchrony bank account or their credit card, They tell me that they can't find me and no payment can be made at this time. No Credit Card or Checking or Savings account, located with Synchrony. So I call them and get someone with extremely limited English at the Offshore Call Center!! This person tells me that they will only accept payments through the Synchrony Bank. Either mail a check or money order, or my personal bank debit card information. Tried to pay in FULL using my personal debit card, but would not accept payment more than $500.00. I am glad this is a one purchase only transaction, because I will never go back to a business that insists on me using their payment program, instead of letting me go ahead and pay for my purchase at the time of purchase! P.S. I do enjoy the trike, just not the company that I have to make the payments to!! I just won't be going back very soon to this business! I located a shop near me that lubed the squeaks and will do any future repairs I may need. Also, their "chat" is not actually live. They tell you they will contact you in a few minutes, but it's been over hours and I'm still waiting.

Took it for a test ride downstairs where this dude literally re-taught me how to ride a bike in about 5 minutes. Tons of tips, tons of extra info about bikes, equipment, maintenance, etc. The bike itself has turned into an extension of my legs around town and am now already thinking about getting something to go longer distances when I go outside of DTLA. Went in to fix a flat a couple weeks after getting the bike and the maintenance guys were fast and friendly. Great place

I specifically said if the…read morelever couldn't be properly repaired, DO NOT replace it because I already had a replacement coming. About an hour after pickup, the bike completely lost power and went into anti-theft mode. Another battery didn't solve it. I returned asking them to check whether anything could have been accidentally disturbed during the brake work--not to accuse anyone, but to troubleshoot what happened immediately after their repair. Instead, I felt dismissed. Rodney, the person in charge, repeatedly insisted that because they don't do electrical work, they couldn't have contributed to the issue, while talking over my concerns. I later contacted an independent e-bike specialist on my own--not an employee of this shop or someone they referred me to--who repaired the electrical problem. He couldn't conclusively determine the cause, although he said the lever repair could potentially have played a role. What IS certain: the very next day, the brake lever I paid this shop to repair failed badly and had to be replaced. Thankfully, I wasn't going downhill or riding in heavy traffic. I wasn't looking for an admission of guilt. I wanted my concerns taken seriously and a safe, dependable brake repair. Unfortunately, I received neither.

I initially just needed the seat raised and the handlebars adjusted, but it turned out the chain was incredibly loose, the tubes were probably at least 10 years old, and there were a handful of other things that needed attention. I worked with Joe, who was absolutely fantastic. He was genuinely excited about the bike and eager to help. He even brought me outside, watched how I was riding, and made adjustments on the spot. After that, we brought the bike inside so they could take a closer look and handle the bigger fixes. They really took their time to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Joe also noticed I had a women's seat on the bike, which is fine, but as a man it wasn't the best fit. I appreciated that they paid attention to details like that. They were also very mindful of my budget and made sure we didn't overspend while still getting everything safe and road ready. Ben handled the tube replacement and did a great job. It truly felt like a team effort to make sure my bike was not only running well but completely safe. They even threw in a free water bottle holder and installed it because it was hot out! I ended up grabbing the sickest Grateful Dead inspired water bottle and filled up while I was there, the ride home was so much less intense because of that. My family and I have been going to Around the Cycle for years and have bought multiple bikes from them. Every experience has been excellent. It's clear this is a tight knit group that genuinely cares about their customers. This isn't some corporate chain. It's exactly what you'd hope every neighborhood shop would be like. Anytime anyone I know needs anything bike related, I send them to Around the Cycle without hesitation. They're simply the best. Huge shout out to Joe and Ben for the amazing service and going above and beyond. They will have my business for life!

Restroom are scattered but it seemed like the only ones I've found are along the hallway where the tracks are. A big hub where the Amtrak's meets and connects to the metro that takes throughout the city. Coming or going from Palm Springs is my connecting here whenever I'm not driving and dealing with traffic. You can also start here is you want to get around the city with the different color line train. Santa Monica, the valley, Pasadena, Long Beach are all accessible through the station here with the different color metro. There are a lot of tracks so make sure to read the screen where all the stations are marked to know which track your train is at. Not only the train, you can also catch the greyhound bus at this station. Depending on how the tracks run, it's a give or take if they're on time. The one great thing about traveling by train is that you really don't need to be there until minutes before the train leaves unlike flying that requires you to go through TSA. I showed up 45 minutes before departure thinking they would open the train door 30 minutes before takeoff. They ended up opening the door 10 minutes before departure which was not enjoyable for all of us standing under the heat. It's very easy to get around here. Once you enter, there are lots of people ready to assist. The hallway leading to the platforms is only a couple minutes walk so even with luggage it's not that crazy. I highly recommend traveling by train to avoid traffic. Best of all, they do have WiFi so you can get work done.
