This guy wanted $45 to change front tire of my eboke but on the phone told me $20..dude is greedy AF I called just ride LA they only charge $25 for front tire repair I reckoned then over this guy! He is rude and recommended I go to another shop

Self with my bike in for a new inner tube

DTLA is an interesting scene and I recommend bicycling downtown it's super fun. Unfortunately some dirtbag apparently slashed my tire. Fortunately, there is this huge bike store on Broadway. They installed a new inner tube in less than 15 minutes(thanks Manuel)for only $20. I added $5 tip for great service then I was on my way exploring Little Tokyo and the Arts district. I talked to the owner, Rodney, and he is a really cool guy and his store is hands down the best in downtown LA. The selection of bicycles, electric bikes and accessories is huge.

I brought my Pinarello bike with the Ekar groupset to this shop for basic maintenance, including front brake adjustments (squeaking issue) and rear gear shifter adjustments. Despite charging me $45, the front brakes are still squeaking, and the rear shifter was not adjusted correctly at all. When I mentioned the issue, they said, "If it's a new bike, it's defective, go to the seller." This is highly unprofessional, especially considering the high-quality bike and groupset. If you're expecting thorough and competent service, I would look elsewhere. They seem more interested in shifting blame than fixing problems. At the end, when I asked receipt, he said "labor, labor, no receipt" so I didn't even get one for refund.

Excellent service. Rodney hooked me up with a great bike to get me thru the 545 miles of the 2024 AIDS/Lifecycle ride. I also got a second bike, the RAMBAM, that Rodney designed just for the streets of LA. Stealthy and lightweight, and gorgeous matte black, it doesn't draw too much attention, which is just how I like it!

A gem in dtla!! I got some specialized bikes and DTLA bikes put them together and fitted them for my wife and I. They couldn't have been nicer and more informed. They adjusted the bikes for us and even helped us out the bikes in our car. The treatment, knowledge and kindness was above and beyond. We will be going back to the shop for all of our biking needs. Check it out!!

Can I bring my Jetson bolt pro to get a throttle replacement . I got it but I don't want to mess my bike up?

Sorry we don’t do electric repairs. But call the shop tomorrow and ask them. 2135338000

What about onyx motorbike repairs? I need my rear tire moved back and chain aligned.

Need to call the shop to confirm. 2135338000

Can they do basic cleaning and maintenance on ebikes like Super73?

    Yep! Just come by

How much does a 8inch escooter tire cost to replace the air tube and how long does this generally take?

$35-40 labor plus $12 for the tube. Same day.

Do they have extra spare bolts for sale? I got a flat on my rear wheel of my Escooter but I stripped one of the Allen head bolts. Do they have extras?

I don't think they do. If yours is the Xiaomi model, you can find the part on eBay.

Schwinn mountain bike that was given to me as a present, used it only a couple of times, but I don't really have use for a mountain bike so I'm looking to trade it in for something simpler ... Do you guys know where I can do a trade in...?? Thanks!

Yes we do trade ins. Just come in for an estimate! Looking forward!

Hi, can you guys install the penny farthing bicycle tire? the wheel size is 48" this is my penny farthing…

We should be able to handle that. But hard rubber tires could take some extra time so be prepared to leave it for a full day.

Juan took the time to help us really understand the new bike and made the whole process easy and enjoyable, never rushed. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service, expertise, and a welcoming vibe.

They automatically give you a credit card, over 30% interest! Before I got any paperwork for the 'free loan' they sent me an unsolicited credit card with interest on that card over 30%! I thought it was an unsolicited credit card so I cut it up and threw it away. Almost instantly, I got daily comments through text messages, why have you not activated your credit card? Your credit card needs to be activated immediately!! I don't want their over 30% credit card!! Followed by texts, counting down days to payment due! When I try and set up account on the Synchrony bank app., to make a payment, I find that without a Synchrony bank account or their credit card, They tell me that they can't find me and no payment can be made at this time. No Credit Card or Checking or Savings account, located with Synchrony. So I call them and get someone with extremely limited English at the Offshore Call Center!! This person tells me that they will only accept payments through the Synchrony Bank. Either mail a check or money order, or my personal bank debit card information. Tried to pay in FULL using my personal debit card, but would not accept payment more than $500.00. I am glad this is a one purchase only transaction, because I will never go back to a business that insists on me using their payment program, instead of letting me go ahead and pay for my purchase at the time of purchase! P.S. I do enjoy the trike, just not the company that I have to make the payments to!! I just won't be going back very soon to this business! I located a shop near me that lubed the squeaks and will do any future repairs I may need. Also, their "chat" is not actually live. They tell you they will contact you in a few minutes, but it's been over hours and I'm still waiting.

I found it on yelp a while ago and knew I wanted to check it out. It's at the end of a dead end street and I'm not going to lie, I second guessed my directions at first. But it is there! I ordered the breakfast tacos and a cortado and let me tell you, you they were the best breakfast tacos I've ever had. I was skeptical because I love breakfast burritos, but these were perfect. Delicious sauce, crunchy potatoes, I added kale and oyster mushrooms. The friendly cashier recommended them and told me they are only on the weekday menu though, so keep that in mind! The coffee was smooth and perfectly made with a cute little design on it. Everything came out quickly. I saw they also have a great beer list with lots of local breweries, so I'm definitely going to come back for dinner/happy hour very soon! Oh! They told me they just got their liquor license and are going to have a full drink menu soon, so I am totally looking forward to having cocktails here.
