While I waited on hold for minutes on the phone she proceeded to transfer it to a line that no one would answer and ended the call by itself. I then called back and spoke with another gal who told me she would figure it out and put me on hold again for another how long and came back to tell me the bus was broke down in downtown minneapolis. I don't understand why there is any bus breaking down when you guys should be keeping up on your maintainence on the busses. She then told me another bus would be coming but wouldn't be there till 5:39pm because they are running late. I am constantly missing the bus or late to where I am going because the drivers are always coming super early or super late never on time. Stop hiring Somali drivers that don't know how to fuckin drive just to save a buck. I shouldn't have to feel unsafe on the bus and flying around in my seat wondering whether I am going to make it to my destination safely. The bus crash in St. Paul is a prime example of how your drivers are driving on a regular bases jumping curbs and slamming on brakes. Get your shit together!
