Her phone decided to stop working. 2yr Apple care expired but we had warranty from T-Mobile. Dealing with T-Mobile tech support for two days and finally having them send a replacement phone to this location to trade out the old non-working phone. Mr. Smith repeatedly told my wife, "he can't take the phone, because it doesn't work". Confusingly, why would T-Mobile send a replacement phone specifically in my wife name and being that fact I was receiving the text tracking updates of the phone saying that it was shipped and was ready for pickup and to bring the non-working phone in to trade it for T-Mobile ("Brian Smith) to send it back. My wife asked why he can't take the non-working phone, he then proceeded to repeat it again. "I cant take that phone, you have to go to apple for them to help you "free of charge". My wife went to apple. Apple says they will charge $699 to diagnose or fix the issue. Apple turned us to T-Mobile in Cerritos and service was the best from Juan (Manager at cerritos location). Juan proceeded to help my wife cancel the order and have their own store process another order to come there. I hate to write this long review but hearing this from my wife, that has stressed her out for three days now without a phone. Mr. Smith had one job and that job wasn't completed nor satisfying.

Michael was one of the first people to respond to me and offered to come over the next day. He was knowledgeable over the phone, and for some reason was one of the only people who I reached out to that understood what I was talking about. He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. Ari and his team helped me get better wifi in my 3 bedroom home in Topanga. I had no service there…read moreso having good wifi was crucial, however I had the router in my office and we had a bunch of dead zones throughout the property. The wifi was spotty in the kitchen or outside so if I was on a wifi call and walked outside my call would start cutting out. He set me up with a full mesh wifi system so the entire property, both inside and outside has full coverage wifi now! I definitely recommend Ari and tech hero if you're looking for a wifi upgrade.
