Poor and Unacceptable Customer Service from the Manager of this Tmobile location, Brian Smith. Being the fact my wife and I are T-Mobile customers for sometime over some years now. Her phone decided to stop working. 2yr Apple care expired but we had warranty from T-Mobile. Dealing with T-Mobile tech support for two days and finally having them send a replacement phone to this location to trade out the old non-working phone. Mr. Smith repeatedly told my wife, "he can't take the phone, because it doesn't work". Confusingly, why would T-Mobile send a replacement phone specifically in my wife name and being that fact I was receiving the text tracking updates of the phone saying that it was shipped and was ready for pickup and to bring the non-working phone in to trade it for T-Mobile ("Brian Smith) to send it back. My wife asked why he can't take the non-working phone, he then proceeded to repeat it again. "I cant take that phone, you have to go to apple for them to help you "free of charge". My wife went to apple. Apple says they will charge $699 to diagnose or fix the issue. Apple turned us to T-Mobile in Cerritos and service was the best from Juan (Manager at cerritos location). Juan proceeded to help my wife cancel the order and have their own store process another order to come there. I hate to write this long review but hearing this from my wife, that has stressed her out for three days now without a phone. Very disappointed with the service here. They don't like to work and I went in to just pick up my order I did online. They cancelled my order while I was in the store. The fact that a manager was on the other side of the table making up lies. T-Mobile why provide this service if your reps cannot follow through wasting my time and money since now there is a hold on my money. read more

Minus 5 stars. Waste of my time. Greeted by JAIRO the store supervisor. I needed my SIMS card to be activated. Immediately his misdemeanor was rude and giving me incorrect information. First he didn't even want to help me. Second he said my SIMS card didn't work! That I needed a new phone. Mind you I have the 12 pro. Lastly he wanted to keep the SIMS card, that according to him was defective. This young man needs customer service schooling. All T Mobile customers should be welcomed and helped with courtesy. It's been an ordeal to correct, but Victor went above and beyond when I visited this store to help me get my phone trade in process completed. I had four phones so there were a lot of steps but he was kind and patient and made sure everything was wrapped up before I left. we came in to get a new phone, the first time they dismissed us because the process of the purchase of a new phone would take too long and they were gonna need to close the store half way through the process. The second time they had a lot of people in the store and they said if I got the new phone I would have to come back for the new and the old phone a couple of hours later because they didn't know how long it would take and the third time I waited and went through the process of getting the new phone and right at the end they said they didn't have the phone I wanted. So my gf and I went to T-Mobile near our house to transfer her number and ask about my sister n law cracked screen. It looked pretty busy inside but no more than a minute in a young lady name Star came up to us and asked if we needed help. Because I was on the phone with my sister n law I asked about what to do for a cracked screen for Galaxy phone. Star said just call insurance and said let me write the number down for you. She stepped away to write the number down and returned to help again. We said we wanted to transfer my gf number and she said just call 6-1-1 they would be able to help with the transfer. I took a long shot and asked Star could she show me how to install a screen protector. Star was so nice she not only showed me step by step she made sure it was done properly. I offered to tip her for her help but she declined. So I'm writing this review to say STAR is a STAR and something so small as helping with a screen protector really made my day!!! The employee at this place wasted my time for an hour on a Monday. He was distracted, and looked like he didn't want to be there. I asked questions clearly and made eye contact to engage him back into the discussion and he would respond, but almost a week later, the kid obviously didn't do his job correctly despite his short answers. I had to call customer support again on Saturday and supposedly everything was OK. And then they called me back on Sunday because they still couldn't figure it out. Root of the problem: the kid entered the wrong information or he didn't enter it at all on Monday when I went in person. Why why why did TMobile have to merge with Sprint? I never had these issues when Sprint was on its own. read more

I came in earlier today to upgrade my phone and Priscilla helped me. First off as soon as I entered I was greeted with smiling faces and automatically felt welcomed. Once Priscilla started assisting me it was the smoothest transaction I've ever had at any phone store. I was very pleased by the way the store was practicing social distancing amounts themselves and there were bacterial wipes and hand sanitizers at every table. I loved that because it made me feel safe. I'm so happy I ended up coming to this location rather than another one. If I ever need to come in again, I would definitely only come to this one.
