I've never left a gratuity at a cellphone store; I even Googled if it was something usually done and it doesn't look like it is so I haven't been lacking. Hence, the look of surprise on Jeremy's face and his insistence it wasn't necessary before accepting it. (Dude better not get in trouble for this review!) I don't leave tips at the cellular store but I will bequeath a 5 star review here. My dad isn't tech savvy and didn't have some crucial details taken care of so we had to jump through some extra hoops but Jeremy handled it like a champ. I almost never go in T-Mobile stores since I started paying my bill online and I can't say that I miss them but this experience was about as painless as it could be. And this location is a bit out of the way for me - we were just near a Target where my dad got signed up for Consumer Cellular and where he discovered they only sell their phones and he gets zero costumer service there. So I don't know if I'll be back to this particular T-Mobile but I will look somewhat fondly on it if I pass it on ugly Hall Road.

I had a customer service guy…read morename Erick he didn't give me a receipt until I asked, he didn't give me a bag for my new phone (then he gave me like 6 stating "he has to give them all away anyway" plus he didn't even open my phone for me to check out. He didn't give me the option to transfer my old phone . I asked how long would it take he said like 2 .5 hours. but, however it took all of 35 minutes for my phone to update all most all of my pictures and most apps once I got home and transferred my phone. I was not pleased with the service I received today. He also, didn't greet me but, greeted the person after me . He was with a customer when I came in but, he was assisting me but still greeted the next customer while hurting me along. I love being a t mobile customer but, I do not want work with him EVER AGAIN. I post reviews good or bad everywhere I go.

I also tried calling the Apple Store and as I'm sure many know it's difficult to get in. After calling and texting them I got nowhere. But the. 40117 Groesbeck Clinton Twp Michigan I purchased my family's…read moreplan and devices from this store. I was asked to return several times for different reasons. Devices not available, etc. Long story short, after so many trips back and forth I was offered the very last iPhone 13 they had in stock for myself and the rest of my family members would have their devices ordered. Because I needed a phone asap, I agreed. I experienced terrible issues with my phone and told the store that from day one. It froze the very first evening I had it and I called them the next morning to let them know that there was an issue. They kept putting me off and dragging things out until I ran out of time to get a refund or exchange from them. After calling and visiting the store almost every day for help, they referred me to Apple. Telling me it was Apple's responsibility to replace their faulty device and it isn't T Mobile's responsibility. After this happened I realized that they knew the device they were selling me was faulty. This store doesn't even deserve the One Star I gave it. Learn from my mistake .. do not waste your money here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
