They just stayed and continued to help out in any way that they could. They were very hospitable and kind! My only complaint is that there was no water fountain. There was a soda machine where you could buy a canned drink for 75 cents and a bottle of water for $1, but I don't carry cash and had to borrow money from my mom when I got thirsty. I understand that it would cost them to keep a water dispenser, but it would have been appreciated! The rooms are beautiful. There's a tiiiiiny kitchen and they won't allow you to have food or drink outside of it. With such beautiful, well-kept carpet, I can certainly understand, but I do wish the kitchen were larger or that the two tables in the room were set up against a wall so more people could get to refreshments. Eight or more people in the room felt incredibly crowded.

Once they diagnosed the computer, they called with a final/total price and got approval before proceeding with the repair. We left the computer with them, and they called the next day with the diagnosis and the price. They had to replace the solid state drive. We told them Go and it was the next day when they called to tell us it was ready. The laptop was fixed within 48 hours. There is not a traditional storefront. It is a house they are working out of, but it is definitely a business. They aren't just working out of their garage or anything. Highly recommended.
