We asked about leaving a deposit, but they had us sign a work ticket with a minimum price on it. Once they diagnosed the computer, they called with a final/total price and got approval before proceeding with the repair. We left the computer with them, and they called the next day with the diagnosis and the price. They had to replace the solid state drive. We told them Go and it was the next day when they called to tell us it was ready. The laptop was fixed within 48 hours. There is not a traditional storefront. It is a house they are working out of, but it is definitely a business. They aren't just working out of their garage or anything. Highly recommended. Hopefully we won't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
