Visited The state road 84 in davie store this morning. Waited Over 30 minutes Wow1 of the 2 attendants took care of a customer For his bill... Phone phone that the attendant was using Was way up on high. When I finally asked how much longer I was told 2 minutes No further communication and obviously can't tell time either. I've taken a break from Yelping for several reasons but my recent experiences with this Metro location leaves me obligated to express how happy and pleased I am with the customer service my family and I received from Steven. We visited the store twice and called twice and on ALL 4 OCCASIONS Steven took such great care of us. He patiently described the services and products. We bought an iPhone and accessories and he helped transfer our data from the old device to the new device and the whole time telling us about Metro and continued to thank us for our business. Kudos to who ever trained Steven. Hope to pop in soon for our next upgrade and look forward to dealing with Steven again!!! read more

This place by far has the laziest employees. I had been to the store an hour before and noticed I forgot my wallet. I went inside and asked if they accepted Apple Pay. They said no. An hour later I returned and the salesman by the name Jorge greeted me and asked how he could help me. When I said I needed to upgrade my phone his response was, " the system has been down for 3 hours." I told him I had been by earlier and he flat out argued with me that I had never been there. The employee I spoke with earlier confirmed I had been there. Jorge signaled him and continues to stick to his story that system was down. read more

Purchased an iPhone with a line & we needed proof of residency, we asked for a simple receipt that showed the phone number and address. Jorge said this was not possible and there wasn't a way for them to provide us with anything. His attitude from the beginning was very careless & even cursed in front of us while speaking to another employee, not professional at all and a very unpleasant experience! read more

Went to upgrade my phone and asked about transferring data from my old phone to my new one and she said "we no longer do that". Resulting in me having to go to another metro store to get all of my photos, messages, and apps back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

This store is worthless for customer service. All they want its to sell a phone or activate a line. I brought a Tmoble HTC my touch to activate on my second line. They sold me the sim and then said because the phone was Tmoble; They did not think it would work. I said you have to activate it by calling METROPCS. THEY WOULDN'T CALL. The girls are so lazy the say we are a franchise store and you have to drive to corporate to get it activated. Needless to say I CALLED METROPCS and activated it no problem. So moral of the story is if you have to add a phone or have any technical issue they are lazy and I not knowledgeable and will not go the extra mile to help you out to get your phone on. The worst Metro PCS I've ever been to. Please don't waste your time and don't give them your business of opening accounts or buying phones because that's all they want to do. Then they are lazy. Came in here with my dad because he needed a new phone and wanted someone with experience to accompany him so I did. Right when you walk in you are greeted by a non enthusiastic staff that all seem annoyed and distressed that you happen to walk in and disturb them at their place of work. After selecting the best smartphone for my father's needs we asked for some help. Unfortunately after speaking with the first person, we were not checked in or advise to check in so we had to wait for the next available rep. Tip: check in when you walk in. Once we were helped, we personally felt the rep was unhelpful and had an attitude like she had to be at work on a Saturday and had a rough morning. Also, when it came to activating the new phone there was nothing they could do to help transfer contacts, set up emails, transfer apps. NOTHING. Granted, my dad has a smartphone he was switching from as well so that was very hard to believe. It's true, you get for what you pay for.. gonna have to suggest my father to switch to the superior network, Verizon. read more

This best thing about this place is Stefan. He seriously knows everything about these phones, so much so, you will see and hear people coming in specifcally asking for him. This is an ok store and is the area HQ for Metro PCS dealers meaning ANY problem you have that MPCS is responsible for, this is the location to deal with someone face to face.. It is hit or miss on how busy it is, so be prepared for that. read more

I went into the Metro PCS store today, on University in Davie, Fl. After waiting and watching the young girl rudely take care of the elderly man in front of me it was my turn. I needed to get a new phone for my son. After asking me if I new the password and I went to look for it. She then asked for the phone number. So I went to look for that. I gave her the number and then went back to where the password was and tried to give that number to her. She rudely said give me a minute. Then she asked when the payment was due and I didn't know. At that point she developed a real attitude and told me I didn't have talk to her that way. I told her I'm not talking to you any way. She replied, You don't need to yell at me. At that point I kind of laughed and said, Honey if I was yelling this whole complex would hear me. That really made her mad. At first she said her system was down and then she said I refuse to serve you. I called Customer Service right then and there. I filed a complaint and they said they will take disciplinary action. The guy on the phone had a heavy thick accent and I couldn't understand him so when she talked to him she told him I mocked her for her accent. I'm 60 years old and I've done business at that store for years. I have NEVER been treated like that by this store or any business. Gabriella shouldn't be working with the public. Snowflakes can't deal with real life! She refused to tell me her manager's name or when he would be in. If anyone knows his name please help!! read more

My best friend went to this location to get some assistance (at the direction of the 800#) because his cell number was issued to another customer. My best friend's service is with another carrier and is his business number for over nine (9) years. We cannot understand how a metropcs employee can assign a cell number already in use and assigned to a customer with another carrier. This person would need particular information about the other customer's account number and other personal information. We were given the runaround and the employees treated my best friend as though he was at fault. He received the worst customer service ever. read more
