This is why I want to take the time to thank the good folks at the North Decatur Verizon, especially Courtney. You know the mess. They've added this, didn't subtract that, told us one number and when the bill came it was twice that. Our first bill outside of the shop of liars in Reynoldsburg, Ohio even had a late fee built in. You might stay away from that place. Courtney looked the entire account over and found a couple of key mistakes that resulted in upcharges. There was also a first responder discount that was never applied. By the time she was finished not only was the bill cut in half; we received a year long bundle for three different streaming services...for free. She even told us those services "fall off" on their own next year. No need to even call. Great work, Courtney. Beautiful store. Nothing personal, but I kept all the new paperwork and made notes in my planner for 11 months from now. Been there, done that too many times in life! 11/24

I brought everything to this Verizon location, and George made it so simple. He also improved our plan, added perks, and made the whole experience seamless and pleasant after hours of difficulty.     We went into the AT&T store to inquire about possibly changing our internet. Ari was the AT&T…read morerepresentative that helped us. After we changed out internet, he offered us an expired promotion to switch our mobile service. We paid off an iPhone with Xfinity of $691.67. He promised us the promotion of up to $800 if we paid off our device with another carrier and switched to AT&T. When we submitted all the required documents for the rewards VISA, it was denied because the promotion was over. We were lied to so he could get the commission on moving two mobile lines from Xfinity to AT&T. We have spent two weeks being tossed around like a hot potato from customer care, the rewards center, and even a in store manager. Everyone we encountered has lied to us. We spent $691.67 to pay off a promotion with Xfinity because of sales representative greed. BEWARE. Get everything in writing with both the employees signature and a manager signature. We got F**KED. No one at AT&T will honor what we were lied to in store.

It was THIS location and it was this business owner that treated me as I described in the review below: Do not by ANY means go to this location. The owner is unhinged and unnecessarily disrespectful. Bad customer service is one thing... This guy took it to another level. I came in with my package and asked if I could weigh it and he refused, then I asked him about printing out the label because I had a prepaid label and most shipping places of any kind have printers and will gladly print something for you. He immediately had an attitude, said he didn't have time to do me any favors and it wasn't his problem that I didn't print it somewhere else before coming. That was literally his FIRST response. It seems like he has gotten in arguments with people about printing things in the past and immediately came with this argumentative energy that had nothing to do with me but still wanted to argue anyways. My first response back to him was that I could happily pay him for the print because my car is in the shop and took a rather expensive Uber just to bring this package to his store. (There's no where else near by) He then immediately started going off about how it's not his problem that I took an Uber and he doesn't care and he doesn't have time to print the label for me and called me entitled for asking. I didn't come in there thinking that we were gonna have a fight or a problem. it had nothing to do with the print, it had to do with the way that he was talking to me, condescending, insulting, and acting like a victim because I asked him about paying him to print the prepaid shipping label. If you're gonna say no, then say no, but he threw out all these unnecessary comments and rude remarks and started raising his voice. That man was just ready for a fight. and it turned into a full-blown argument where he started cursing at me. Eventually I started yelling back as well but initially I was trying to reason with him and he was not reasonable. As somebody that's owned multiple businesses I have never in my LIFE dealt with somebody that was so quick to be so disrespectful to a customer, who's asking completely normal questions at a shop for packages. After multiple disrespectful remarks, cursing, and him just making the whole situation completely exhausting and unnecessary, he eventually said there was another print shop up the street that will print and take UPS drop offs. HE LIED. There was no such shop up the road, he purposely said that to have me wandering the streets on foot aimlessly looking for a place. I searched on multiple browsers on my phone and didn't find this shop and had walked for maybe 45 minutes and realize that there was nothing within a 3 mile radius and I was gonna have to take another Uber. The fact that he lied just to waste my time on top of his disrespect and yelling was one of the most unhinged reactions to asking for a print I've ever had in my life. It doesn't cost anything to be a decent person to speak to people with patience and kindness.

Once I realized what happened I doubled back and noticed that several cars must have ran over it. I needed to be at a job interview and all of the information was on my phone. I drove over to 360fixx to see if it could be salvaged. They had my phone back up and running in less than 20 minutes. I'm now a customer for life!
