I have called multiple phone numbers and although I have been calling between the hours of 10am-11am Eastern time (it's Wednesday), your system is telling me I'm calling outside of business hours. Situation: added travel pass to my husband's phone, funds are gone in one day although I added enough to cover $12/day for a week - and yes we set it up correctly. I even called the international travel line which looped me back to an automated, unhelpful system, which told me to go back online and use the equally worthless chatbot. Unacceptable. I will be cancelling my service for my entire family. Your business is unreliable with 0 customer service and leaves travelers 'stranded'. This is not the first time this has happened. So lesson learned.
