Despite all these negative reviews, I had a great experience at this location…read more Let me start off by saying, if my iPhone 6 had not sh*t the bed, I would not have ever upgraded my phone. On the plus side, it just sort of work out in my favor as I was in NH this day. Let's hope this one will last just as long! Came in with one intention, a new device, and nothing more. Prior to our visit, we did check to see if the item was available and in stock, so that saved us some time. I highly advise you do this as well! The sales reps were wonderful. Everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. Within 5 mins I was promptly seated and signing terms. Although I reiterated that I was only there to upgrade, he did have to give me the required spiels as any AT&T rep would. Mainly about the whole new Direct TV plan... I totally empathized as I use to work in retail long ago and understood the drill. Part of the job, which I don't miss lol. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he was very personable. He kept getting glitches on the iPad, due to the slow WiFi connection, so we shared a few laughs and some good small talk. I spent a total of 15 mins at most. He helped me set up my phone, informed me of the updates and changes and gave me helpful tips. I left happy and content and love my new phone! =)

When I asked what was the $35 for monthly charge they told me it was the 2 gig internet. When I pushed back and told them I was being scammed they took off the charge Wow what scumbags. At least verizon gives you a kiss first before they $^$#%^ you

Finally, somehow, I found Cellular Freedom. I bought a used iPhone from them and signed up with Page Plus, a smaller carrier who uses the Verizon signal. My monthly cost dropped to $29.95 - less than a third of what I had paid for 10 years. I've been with them now for about 8 years, with zero problems, great signal quality, and friendly service. The owner of the business, Shawn Currier, is usually front and center there to help you. He was the person who originally signed me up and picked out the best deal for my needs. He was right on the money! I would much rather spend my money at a locally owned business than a corporate behemoth. And of course, with superb pricing and friendly service, there's not much to think about. Last year I got a new phone. I went android and bought a Samsung at Walmart. It had to be Verizon phone because of the signal. I went to a Verizon store after I got the phone to buy a protective hard rubber case for it. The salesperson at the Verizon store informed me that because I wasn't in the Verizon system with THEIR phone plan, they couldn't even sell me the case(for $40). Are you kidding? I bought a better one on Amazon for $16. No place is perfect, and I see a few people here who had bad experiences. I've worked with public at large my whole life, and think I'm a pretty good judge of people. My history at Cellular Freedom has been excellent. The owner, Shawn, goes out of his way to help people, and is eager to answer any and all questions. I had a couple of repairs on my iPhone that they actually fixed while I waited! I recommend Cellular Freedom to everyone.

The review of the Apple Store at the Mall of New Hampshire seem to be on two extremes, either…read more5-stars or 1-star. I can see how new employees, not properly trained, can wreak havoc on a customer's device, especially when one has driven long distances to seek assistance and instead get an "oh well" or a "call the non-support center" and wait six hours to get a human... Well, I did it in reverse and it worked. I tried the Apple "non-support Center" first and I got what I expected, hour-wait and a non-resolution of my problem. So then I ended up getting a Genius Bar appointment and had the luch of dealing with Justin, who apparently knows a lot about Apples. I arrived on time and went to the Genius Bar where I saw Justin, who although was waiting on three other people, had time to work with all of us. My issue was that somehow, different large movie apps and their gigabyte-sized files had created invisible grabs on my memory so my system memory (for an iPad) was 140GB. I had previously tried to first offload, then delete apps by the score, then erase and reformat from a backup but it didn't work. So came over here to get the scoop on how to redo it from scratch. Justin took me through the paces and it turned my system files from 140 GB down to 8. Exactly what I wanted. I left with a working piece of equipment. Prompt, courteous, good value.
