Despite all these negative reviews, I had a great experience at this location. Let me start off by saying, if my iPhone 6 had not sh*t the bed, I would not have ever upgraded my phone. On the plus side, it just sort of work out in my favor as I was in NH this day. Let's hope this one will last just as long! Came in with one intention, a new device, and nothing more. Prior to our visit, we did check to see if the item was available and in stock, so that saved us some time. I highly advise you do this as well! The sales reps were wonderful. Everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. Within 5 mins I was promptly seated and signing terms. Although I reiterated that I was only there to upgrade, he did have to give me the required spiels as any AT&T rep would. Mainly about the whole new Direct TV plan... I totally empathized as I use to work in retail long ago and understood the drill. Part of the job, which I don't miss lol. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he was very personable. He kept getting glitches on the iPad, due to the slow WiFi connection, so we shared a few laughs and some good small talk. I spent a total of 15 mins at most. He helped me set up my phone, informed me of the updates and changes and gave me helpful tips. I left happy and content and love my new phone! =) read more

Scam,scam , scam, Auto signed us up for Visual Email for $20 a month. When I went to cancel it I was told it was the "line charge" just listed as visual EMail and if I canceled it I would lose the line. When I asked what was the $35 for monthly charge they told me it was the 2 gig internet. When I pushed back and told them I was being scammed they took off the charge Wow what scumbags. The people working here are nice and friendly but they are understaffed to a ridiculous degree. We waited an hour and a half today for help. There were three people working and all of them were with the same people for over fifty minutes after we arrived. No one was available to greet customers. We watched four different customers leave after waiting for some time and not being acknowledged or helped at all. Additionally, it was nearly impossible to tell who worked there. They were essentially wearing grey and that was supposed to denote an employee. I would not recommend using this location if you can avoid it. read more

At&t Costumer service SUCKS here! Don't even bother to step inside. My wife and I were looking to talk about getting an ipad with service looking at pricing and service. What we got was total lack of service. We stepped inside and was totally ignored as we looked at the ipad selection. No one greeted us or ask one question. So we decided to pay our phone bill at the kiosk and leave. After using the kiosk we saw that someone left their keys next to their display of phones. Tried to tell one white bald AT&T guy behind the counter about the keys but was blown off. I guess customer service is not needed here. In short, this store is not worth your time to go to. This place is the worst as they could care less about your business! Needed a quick sim-card swap on an iPhone upgrade from an 8 to an XS so I showed up on Sunday (July 28) at noon and the place was like a ghost-town... 2 people in the store and 3 employees... so I approached the one employee standing around doing nothing (manager) and instead of helping me he told me that "it would be a while". I said really "I'll wait..." with a FU too look... and after 45 minutes a different employee comes walking in the door so I grab him and he informs me he was returning from an "early lunch" because "it was so dead". Really... they opened at 11:00 am - like an hour earlier! Place is the worst! Employees move at glacial speed regardless of people waiting... And since they bought DirecTV that customer service rots too! read more

Purchased a brand new iphone (preordered) and was so excited to move from Samsung to Apple. I made an appointment online using the pull down menu to select (help setting up new phone). I drove there and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. None of the three people working even bothered to look up or say I'll be right with you. When it came time for my appointment the guy asked what I needed help with and I told him my new phone just arrived (that I had ordered through AT&T) and I would like help setting it up. He said they don't do that there because...they have really bad wifi and it would take hours. I asked him what I was supposed to do since I have never had an Apple product and he suggested I go across the mall to the Apple store. I find the service to be extremely sub par. I have been with AT&T for nearly 20 years. They seem that they could not care less. Such a joke. read more

Let's start by saying STAY CLEAR from this store. I do not know how they keep running it because the first time I went there the customer service experience was by far the worst I've ever received. I went in to get a phone line open for the first time, I even told the associate (Kelvin C.) that I wanted the cheapest one. By the end of the transaction he opted to give me the most expensive one they had. I was already backing out because I purchased the phone online which was cheaper. He told me I had to be charged the re stocking fee which was $55 dollars even though I never got to purchase the iPhone 11 from him. He told me it didn't matter since I signed up and had the box open, his other coworker (Dan) was trying to curveball the whole situation by repeating the same policy gibberish over and over again. I ended up paying the restocking fee and left with the phone (the one I purchased online) that was missing headphones. By some sort of miracle, the restocking fee got refunded. I'm guessing by them being completely wrong, which they already knew they were, they just didn't care. Came back 2 days later and returned the one I bought online. I'm guessing they're still employed there due to likability from the manager. Update on the refund: they gave me my money back only to take it back, and the deposit I gave for that phone was never refunded. I called about it and they told me to wait about 10 business days... it's been a month and a half. Haven't had time to call back. read more

Very bright and welcoming, also neat and clean. However it is expensive but that is the nature of the business. Very friendly and helpful salesman even gave me a couple free Sim cards for phones I activate it with him. Very grateful. read more

I had a terrible experience at this store. I bought my son and daughter a phone and there was a deal going on.. buy one get one half off. I organized it all on an online chat with a worker and he told me exactly what to do and I followed exactly what he said... I later found out that it had been ordered wrong even though I did everything he said! So I did another online chat and the worker told me to bring it in the store and he told me what to do so I went into the store just for the manager to tell me that they had told me the wrong thing! He told me I had to send the phone back and order a new one! And during all of this the manager was just talking nonsense and was being extremely rude.. I really think he should lose his job for the way he handled the situation. And just to make the experience even worse the manger told us he would have the new phone shipped to the store within 3 days. So keep in mind my sons phone was broken so he had no phone, and 3 weeks later it hasn't even been shipped! Moral of the story don't go here.. don't trust the online guys or the manager, and we switched to Verizon after this, and this was not the first bad experience we've had here... sadly we've never had a good one. read more

I will NEVER go to the AT&T store at 1500 S. Willow in the Mall of New Hampshire again. The store manager Lloyd Fernandes and Asst. store manager Ben Provencal are the rudest, most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with in retail. The lack of communication between the sales staff, customer care and these two "managers" is appalling and the lack of respect towards AT&T customers is unacceptable. I do apologize Mr. Fernandes and Mr. Provencal that I am already a long term customer with your company and apparently since I am already "under contract" of no worth to you as a person and my issues are of no concern to you. read more

Store manager lied to me several times about my account and upgrade eligibility. I verified with AT&T customer service the information he was giving me was incorrect. After I (politely) called him out on it, he would only say he was not allowed to discuss anything further. I went to another AT&T store and had none of the issues the store manager here talked about which verifies there was never any issue with my account. read more
