Terrible, Just terrible service. I will never return to this location ever again. I have used this location multiple times before but my last experience was too terrible and it was a 911 situation. I came to this location last Sunday in 911 mode , I have been here plenty of times so I know how the system works and I just trusted everything would go ok and I would not waste my time but oh no this day was a bad day. First off the security guard made a bad joke at the wrong timing, I know how to use the stupid machine to input my name and after I told him why I was there like it was any of his business he said that I came to the wrong place? Like ok I didn't laugh weirdo. I guess they make the security guard use the machine for you to input everything. Weird and annoying. Then the long ass wait..... Waiting...... Waiting.......No phone to use so very bored and annoyed... Watching the manager or supervisor just looking not doing anything when he can help move the wait faster by working or maybe apologizing the customers for waiting. Lazy lazy lazy. Then when my name finally gets called up I told the girl why I was there and told her I need a new phone and I told her which one. She goes to the back, Then I wait a good 15 min just so she can come out to say the phone I want is out of stock..... Hmmmm really why is there no sign anywhere saying that... I kindly tell her I have waited a long time and that I need a phone asap and that If there is any other phone in that price range available and she said no to try somewhere else. Keep on mind I have been seeing them sell phones for about an hour now.........I don't understand this service. I go to an independent store down the street and get the phone I want in 10 minutes!!!!!!!! VERY BAD TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! read more

Went in to make changes to my plan. Was a good amount of people inside but only had to wait a few minutes. Going to a corporate metro is way better than an authorized dealer. I always get better service. Rosa ended up helping me and she was really nice and quick with making the changes I asked for. read more

I had an awesome experience. I was skeptical about join MetroPCS because of its negative rap. But Adrian and Manny were awesome and helpful. I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting up saled. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because he could gave me a free charger or case but I was getting an out of sight deal. read more

This is the best metro i have ever been to. The entire staff was so friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in thw door, most of all was Rosa who was so helpful and knowledgable about all the phones, deals and what plans would work best for me along with my wife. We both were able to get brand new phones w a plan that was less than half of what i paid with at&t. Best experience i have had and i had been to at least 6 metros in the area, I will never go into another metro as long as i live. read more

If you have a free hour to blow and you want to use it come down to the Metro PCS store. Metro PCS and super long lines are synonymous. But I think all stores are kind of like that. So sometimes I get home from here and sometimes I get the girl who doesn't care or know much at all but tells me an opinion. And that opinion unfortunately does not answer my question or fix my problem. I deserve this because I choose Metro PCS. read more

So I'd like to thank the manager ROGER at metro store for doing a great job helping me & my mom today...Roger was so sweet and made me and my mom feel very special and right at home.... He's such a hard worker and offered us chairs to sit down while waiting ... Talking to him was a pleasure and his performance was outstanding!!!!! I also wanted to thank BRANDEN for helping my mom switch over to metro from Sprint....He was the best helper & answered all my moms questions and she had a lot, in order to decide if she was gonna join up with metro or not....My mom was with Sprint for 14 years and they didn't treat her well for being a senior citizen.... So I talked her into coming to metro since I've been with them over 20 years now!!! So Branden even went the extra mile after my mom got her new phone... He showed her how to use the new phone and hook up her Bluetooth to her car ,wooooooow I'm so grateful to you Branden for the way you did your job.....You won my mom over and you truly are amazing and kind and so very patient.... If I could give negative stars,, I would. We purchased a timex family connect watch for our daughter for Christmas and it didn't turn on when we got home. Went back to exchange it and spent over 2 hours at the store standing watching them because they couldn't figure out how to exchange it in their system. Once it was exchanged they couldn't figure out how to activate it. Not only was the sales rep slower than a sloth in Zootopia, she kept having to get her less than helpful manager to do LITERALLY EVERY STEP for her because she couldn't figure it out. He kept trying something and leaving to stand around somewhere else in the store, even though what he was doing obviously wasn't working. Every time she walked away to get him we cringed because she was so slow You wouldn't believe it. Had I been taking video, I would have made 100 memes. After an hour, I made a comment about how I really needed to get this done because I had a limited amount of time and the manager stood there and made sarcastic comments about how he understands that and he's trying and maybe I should take a seat. But was he? And why should I have to sit down to exchange an item? There were 9 sales people standing around who greeted me when I walked in, but it takes 2 hours to exchange an item and no one knows how? Friends, I've spent less time buying a house. They were incredibly slow, rude, and inept. My husband walked about of the store so he wouldn't lose his mind and I watched these 2 people chat over the computer for the duration of the entire 5 seasons of Schitt's Creek. If you HAVE to have Metro PCS as your service provider, please go to another location. I can't get that 2 hours of my life back, but I can make sure you don't lose yours. read more

Went into this store looking for a phone, got help from the African American girl who works there. After taking a while in the back storage room to tell us the store no longer had the phone in stock. No big deal we thought, so I personally asked if she could just contact the Metro store down the street, and take a minute out of her time to call and see if they had the phone. She refused saying they didn't have the phone number to any metro pcs stores.. In my head I thought house is that possible when this is one of the "corporate stores" Clearly the girl wanted to forget about us and called the next guest up when we weren't done asking her questions. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in a while, she only wanted the sale and not to help the customer. read more

I switched over to Metro PCS 2 weeks ago. Stopped by in person at the store and had my carrier changed. Asked them several times to let me know of all the charges that will be incurred and paid everything upfront. Maira and Roy are the two people who assured that I am paying in full without any balance. Guess what, next day I receive a text which states I have a balance of $5.95. I go back to the store and speak to the same personnel and they click a few buttons and assure that all is taken care of. After a week it is the same balance. I call the store and some disgruntled employee answers. I explain to him my circumstances and he asks me to come to the store. I explain to him that I have been to the store several times and he says come one more time or go to HELL. Wow!! What a service. He hangs up!!! I call again and this time speak to Frank who claimed to be a manager. He asks me to come to the store so he can help me! Imagine the number of trips I have to make to the store to save $5.95. I have spent more than that making those trips to the store. I imagine if I had just made the committment to pay, I would have saved the money I spent on gas. Cutomer service at this location is not professional! If I had my way, I would never recommend this store. They lack the customer service skills. They need to get their facts right initially rather than asking customers to stop by at the store everytime something goes wrong! I waited for an hour and a half in line because I wanted to buy an android here. Not enough chairs for people to sit, so my back/legs and feet hurt so bad having to stand. The place was packed with people and when I finally get called up, I had only 1 question about the phone before investing over $300 on it...does it allow me to view live video on yahoo or skype? None of the employees could answer this question. So I say I have been standing here for this long, I am not buying this phone until I know the question "Is there any way you can find out"? I asked, "No one here knows I'm sorry" they answered...wow these people are selling phones they know nothing about. They spend way too much time talking and move as slow as turtles in there.
