If it wasn't for Angel who helped my wife, I would have told her to change providers. The new "so called" store manager was horrible. Angel waited on every customer that came through the door. The new store manager Alex was no where to be found when customers came in, rude and obnoxious when he did help. All he could say was it was his first day.. We came into replace my wifes phone and Angel worked with her for nearly 2 hours to get the info switched to the new phone Great customer service. I went in to update a SIM card on a new phone. There was a single employee and 5 customers. The wait was over an hour to be helped and the employee (Alejandro) was clearly overwhelmed as customers expressed annoyance at the lengthy wait. Alejandro was professional and apologized for the wait, explaining that there were more stores than employees. Shout out to Alejandro for keeping his cool and being so professional. Zero stars or less to the management for not stepping up and for allowing such a crappy customer experience. read more

This store makes people wait hours to get a person to complete a purchase or to help with your devices. Some other sort of system to help customers should be developed. Worse than this T Mobile was hacked a few months ago. Customer's info was compromised. I received a text after they discovered this that my email was compromised on the dark web but not my other personal details or password. Within weeks, i received alerts of dark web activity regarding my email being discovered and within last few weeks on the Dark Web. These alerts were from the credit reporting agencies. During last week, my bank alerted my that my email and my password were now present on the Dark Web. I went through hours and hours changing all my passwords that depended on my email account. And i choose an auto generated pw for email and all apps with financial info connected to my email. Only to right after, an hour later, receive an email from someone using my email name that only said ,"We Will Find" plus now I am receiving at least 20 emails a day that are obviously spam. Thanks a lot T-Mobile. I despise your company for all the sleep I am losing. read more

I went metro by t-mobile 3050 E. Desert Inn rd , LV. I was told I needed to add insurance instore, I person. Dealt with employee starts with R. Gave him $25 for $23.30 next morning looked at receipt says says l gave him $15 with $1.70 change . Said it should should take 2hrs for update it's been 28hrs I've called customer all day they say that they can see it . But it doesn't show up on my app. This was on 1/6/22 at 4:58pm. I went to this store SUNDAY after 11am and I was serviced by ABIGAIL. Now I said: I would like to fix my acct and get the hotspot for my kids to watch movies and play videos games on. ABIGAIL: pero no problem I can help you with that.... so she fixes my acct then we discussed the mobile hs she tells me this 30GB will last thru the month and that they will have no problems with this device. She served it up real saucy like and made her lit ouchies off me ya dig. So boom we go home and we hook up the hs and it's working good for that day and I'm like mmmkkkkkkkkkrrrrrr oooooooouuuuuu! Then the next day it's dead . So I call 611 and then lady said it's no way 30GB is used up in a matter of hours. So she did something and it started working for a few hours and stopped working again. Today I go in and I let the girl know what happened and here comes little miss Abigail to counter. I repeat myself for the umtenth time and she begins to instantly say "I tell all my customers that this internet service is not good for streaming and that it will not last thru the month. How come you didn't say this 4 days and $120 later? Let me answer that for you because she needed to make commission. If your job is lying to ppl to make a sell and you can sleep easy knowing your as an artist by all means do you boo. I went in last Thursday to switch my sim card over to a new phone...the lady at the counter told me I'd have to buy a new sim card because the sim card in my old phone is "connected" to the phone and cannot be used in the new phone. I knew she was lying and trying to charge me an extra $10, so I told her I didn't have the money and went to the Metro Pcs on Rainbow/Spring Mtn and they successfully switched my sim card over. I don't appreciate liars, so I won't be going to this Metro P.O.S location again. read more

I got a new phone last month, and purchased a screen protector for $10. I thought that was ridiculous, since you can buy them on Amazon for a couple bucks. But then I told the guy, I guess it's worth having you put it on, since I always mess it up. We had a whole conversation about it, and he agreed it took practice to do them well. But on my way home I noticed one of the corners was all bubbly. I take the bus or I'd have gone straight back. This store was way out of my way, but I chose it since it wasn't a third party spot. Now the whole protective cover is coming off, since little debris kept getting under it. I'm giving it one star because there's no way that guy didn't notice it had bubbles in it, and knowing I was buying it just for his service and not the product he should have redone it then. read more

$30 service deal is a scam if you're already a customer. No way to do it with existing phones, meaning you have to buy a new phone or pay for services you don't want or need. I had to make two trips in to get the correct information as well. The first trip, I was told it was only 4G, not LTE. The second trip, after I printed out the website that says "up to 4GLTE" speeds, I was told that it was only certain phones, which I didn't have. I was also informed that it was less data, which is what I want. I don't use it a lot, so I don't want to pay $40 when I can use the same and pay $30. I feel lied to and overall taken advantage of. I am so disappointed with this carrier in more ways than one.it's impossible to talk to customer service. They are out sorced all over the world half of them speak broken English I never get the problem issues resolved if I'm not disconnected first then wait for a call back with never happens. When I call again I never get the same person that was WAS trying to help me. When I ask for that person they can't transfer me you know why because they are in a different country . I am discussed with their internet as i have trouble connecting when I am away from my Wi-Fi. I can never get to look at my account through my zone says sorry please come back later when I do it says the same message. I am done with them. Hey guys.. Just to let You know that on Sunday I came to this MetroPcs location to activate my 60$ prepay plan. I used to have before with ATT. The person that help me, said to me that there is no problem with the activation after telling her all the things I want. When I get out of the store I realize that I don't have Internet so I came back on Monday and another lady apologize en fix all the problems. But my cellphone was working only in 3G. So I told her that I pay for de 4G internet because of my work, she told me that some phones works with 3G and others with 4G that is something that they can not give guaranty of the same when cellphones are not of MetroPcs. Today I came for third time and a lady help me and she told me the same. I told her that I didn't pay for that service and that I want my money back because they didn't told me nothing of that. I speak with the manager but she told me there is nothing to do. After a lady call me and she told me after explaining another time the same thing that if I want my money back I am going to lose my money and if I want to conserve my number I am going to lose my money.. This is funny how come they can say this to a client when they never told me nothing about my cellphone is going to work only with 3G ?
