This place is terrible. Employees just stand around doing everything they can not to help customers. No one knows what they are doing. It takes three people to change one persons screen protector while everyone else waits around. Joshua was clueless and offered no assistance just kind of stood there looking around. read more

Ordered a modem/router for high-speed Internet and had it delivered to the house. Tried to set it up, but it didn't work. Called customer service. They did a little troubleshooting, but wasn't successful at setting it up. They deduced that the malfunction was due to the excessive heat during transport. That seems plausible because it was 115° the day of delivery and the box was very hot when I picked it up off the porch. Was given instructions to take it to a T-Mobile store for replacement. Upon entering the T-Mobile store, we were quickly greeted, asked for information and was told that there would be a wait. There was about 10 other customers ahead of us. But the wait time only ended up being around 10 to 15 minutes. Which wasn't too bad. The customer service was good. The wait time was pretty quick and the monthly fee for the high-speed Internet is around 50 bucks, which is pretty reasonable. read more

I went in this morning to pay off my devices, and I was greeted by a young lady and she asked what I needed. I explained the situation and right away. She stated that they charge a 5.00 fees for my transaction. I said that would be fine. After I made my payment I inquired about my next monthly payment.She answered back in a condescending way and kept answering with a questions instead of just looking at her iPad and giving me a straight answer. She said I would only be saving 89.00 dollars per month. That made no sense. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years when T-mobile was actually Sprint. The payment I made was over 2 thousand dollars just so I could bring my monthly payment down. So after going back and forth with her, I was actually getting very irritated. She finally did what I asked and looked at her iPad and give me my new monthly payment . This store has poor customer service, deliberately arguing for no reason. I was truly disappointed. read more

Let me start by saying Mark the manager, and Ken the sales guy are both AWESOME! My family and I went to a retail store on Blue Diamond to transfer service. The staff was very rude and not knowledgeable about any of their plans or services. After 3 hours they told me Id have to have 960.00 + tax to get phone. I would also have to come back the next day because they were closing in 1 hr. Leaving disappointed , and very upset I called T-Mobile. They told me to go to one of the corp. stores. Rainbow and 215. So now on to the Corp. store. I walked in was greeted right away with a smile. I asked for a manager. Mark was right there. I explained what happened the night before. He said we will git you into phones no worries. He passed me to Ken who spent the next 3 hrs fixing what the Blue Diamond store did. Not only did he get me 2 new Iphone 15s, and 2 new S24s. It didnt cost me a dime. All phones were free. All I had to do was pay tax. Dont waist your time anywhere else. Rainbow and 215 is where its at people. About two weeks ago, I went in and upgraded my phone. Got a tablet got a extra charger, and a phone case and then today went to see what they would do about the silicone phone case coming apart the guy just stared at me with a blank look and said they don't do anything for the case covers so I asked to see a manager and he went back and came back out and said she recommends going to an Apple Store. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come out and tell me her self would not recommend this place at all. Terrible terrible customer service. read more

went in for our screen protector replacements (that are free with our plan). took them 45 minutes to even get their system onto our account. then they argued that we didn't have the replaceable screen protectors and made ME find the receipts from 2021 to prove it. on top of that it took them about 15 tries to get the screen protector on correctly. whole time i am begging that i won't be picky and just want to get out of here. also needed to prove my identity by letting them scan my ID like 4 different times within that hour period. have never had this poor of an experience at a t-mobile- and t-mobile is definitely not know for their customer service. read more

Tried T-Mobile because it was an economical option. You definitely get what you paid for. The lack of unprofessionalism, unaccountability, and disrespect shown to my Mother at the Rainbow (Arroyo)/215 location was the final straw. We received good service from 2 T-Mobile employees when trying to replace a defective phone. The replacement phone was ordered, arrived at the store, told to pick up the phone. The 2 employees, on being the manager, examined the defective phone before processing the order of the replacement. They told us to have the phone ordered to Their store location to assure a smooth process. Upon our arrival a New Manager verified the replacement was there. Scott glanced a my Mother's phone, didn't handle it like the 2 previous employees, then admittedly refused to replace the defective phone. A phone deemed replaceable by another Manager. Then lied in his report saying my Mother damaged the phone herself. My Mom is a stroke victim. The phone was defective & told so by T-mobile employees. The New Manager as said he couldn't do it, regardless that the order was processed. All he had to do was walk back, get the refurbished phone, transfer her info, then send us home Happy customers. Instead he chose to be a control freak & assert "His" authority, furthermore LIE!!! Unacceptable. As soon as the contract ends, we'll be leaving T-Mobile. If you have ever considered using T-Mobile for Internet avoid it like the plague. You will regret it from the get-go. It's very difficult to activate, they have no technical support on site. You get routed to the Philippines to get any support and they never call you back even though they promise. It is a total and complete farce and colossal waste of time let alone a rip off. read more

I've had the worst experience at this T-Mobile. That guy David off the bat was extremely rude for no reason. He didn't want to even help us he kept ignoring everything we were saying. He constantly kept talking over us when we were just trying to explain the issue. We told him that the lady that was there is the one that helped us out so if there was a fix to this problem SHE would know. He walks away and starts talking to the guy when that's not who helped us so he would be no help to the situation. He kept talking down to us from the jump being very sarcastic and rude. I don't know who hired him but he needs be terminated asap. He would not let us even talk or listen to us. He kept responding with things we already knew and we kept saying we know that already, that's not what we're saying though. The situation escalated to the point where the lady took him in the back for a some time then he comes out trying to act right. I don't know what his problem is, I don't know if it's a race issue. But he was beyond disrespectful, he didn't want to help us he kept trying to end the conversation for us to leave without even letting us speak. read more
