    Ordered a modem/router for high-speed Internet and had it delivered to the house. Tried to set it up, but it didn't work. Called customer service. They did a little troubleshooting, but wasn't successful at setting it up. They deduced that the malfunction was due to the excessive heat during transport. That seems plausible because it was 115° the day of delivery and the box was very hot when I picked it up off the porch. Was given instructions to take it to a T-Mobile store for replacement. Upon entering the T-Mobile store, we were quickly greeted, asked for information and was told that there would be a wait. There was about 10 other customers ahead of us. But the wait time only ended up being around 10 to 15 minutes. Which wasn't too bad. The customer service was good. The wait time was pretty quick and the monthly fee for the high-speed Internet is around 50 bucks, which is pretty reasonable.

    AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS…read more I read the previous review from "vincent k." down below and decided to give K and B a shot against my better judgement... and he was spot on in his review. These guys are grifters through and through. Their M.O. is to up charge just because the don't like dealing with a specific customer, and they aren't even coy about it. Here's how that went down. I called and asked for an estimate to get a single cable of CAT5 pulled through EXISTING conduit from my office to a data room a few units over. 250ft in cat 5 is needed, as shown in their own original estimate. The conduit ALREADY HAD FISH TAPE IN IT, but I wasn't there to do it my self as I am out of state, so I decided to give them a go. The estimate comes back for $700.00. mind you, nothing is itemized, explained, and there is a vague "ADMIN FEE" listed but doesn't specify how much of the $700 invoice this makes up. Being that I work for a business, there's a lot of red tape to get projects and expenses like this approved, so I ask on the phone about what the admin fee is and the charged amount for this fee. I get sternly told that its for paperwork and doing a "site walk" and that it was $160. Seems steep but ok. I get this charge approved as I really just need the work done, but by now its been over 5 days and the original estimate has expired. Then I get a text message from them at 7pm on a Tuesday (first day back after a 3-day holiday weekend) stating that quote has expired and I told them I could pay immediately and that it just got approved, to which the response is "we will call for payment details". As you can guess, nobody ever called, in fact, all I got was an email with a newer, more expensive and even more vague total of $750.00. now i need to look unprofessional in front of MY superiors and try to explain why the mysterious charge went up $50 more, when I couldn't even explain the initial charge to begin with. I get told by K and B that this is "an updated admin fee". When I ask why? nothing.. I'm sorry, you're telling me that you increased the charge by 30% to $210 total for paperwork and site walk when literally nothing has changed regarding the scope of work, no other site walk was done, and no paperwork has been filed yet? That's a hard no from me. If anyone needs any other assurance that these guys are scammers and crooks, see the photos I've attached that detail everything I've typed here in proof. Please save your money, time and headache and go somewhere else, these people have clearly been inconvenienced by not receiving immediate payment and needing to send one more email, and tried to upcharge an already ridiculous "admin fee" of $160 to $210 with no rationale. I've seen "Nigerian princes" in my email inbox try harder to get money off of people for nothing in return. K and B is shameful and I hope this review keeps anyone else from going through what Vincent and I went through. Take your money elsewhere, these guys are crooks and don't even try to hide it.
