Your service didn't work. I canceled my phone and sent it back with YOUR label. You have repeatedly stated via your reps that I don't owe you and you have received the phone. Now you claim I canceled outside the 30 day window, despite YOU allowing that and YOU sending me a label, and now you are threatening collections. You are liars, thieves, con artists, and disingenuous. I have PROOF, which will be used against you. You are unorganized and woefully incompetent. Either return the phone to me or stop harassing me for money on a phone that it is in your possession. This level of corporate malfeasance is incomprehensible, even by today's wretched standards. Overall, a very good experience at the Verizon Store in Town Square. Wasn't perfect - but it was close. I originally went to the Verizon on St. Rose, and unfortunately, they were completely sold out of iPhone 14s the day I went. (I suppose Black Friday came early this year). Nonetheless, they told me to go to the location in Town Square, and that's when we were able to get the ball rolling. Shoutout to Matt for his excellent service! He was able to guide me into getting the right phone, and, as an added bonus, he was able to get me a free subscription to Disney+. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 is because the time it took to transfer my data from one phone to the other was borderline absurd. (Nearly three hours). Normally, I don't mind waiting, but Matt and Andrew told me it typically takes 30-45 minutes to transfer data from phone to phone. I arrived at the store at 4 and left around 8:15. Aside from that, I'd definitely recommend this Verizon to anyone, especially since it's right in the middle of the valley. Just be patient, and maybe bring something to eat. read more

Richard was great and extremely helpful, but Misty, who wasn't even helping me, doesn't know how to talk to people. She used a demonstrative tone telling me to stop sitting on an empty table as if I was breaking some well-known rule. I had never interacted with her, but she spoke as if I had been warned about multiple times. I waited to speak to her about it after her customer left, and she continued down the same path. I needed to have tech issues answered on my phone so this location was across from Whole Foods so I ventured over to find what I needed. I was greeted by a young man who was eager and thrilled to help me. He listened to my problem and said he could take the payment and show me how to change the Apple passwords for app purchases. After accepting my payment which he did right in front of me, then ran and got the receipt. The POS machines don't give receipts yet. Then we changed the password on the spot and he made sure that I was able to access all of the app purchases with the new password. Will come here again for all my tech issues. read more

Horrific customer service. Arrived at the Town Square location in Las Vegas, NV on 7/8/23 at about 7:15pm to trade-in/upgrade my phone. Went though all the options/costs/promos and was ready to buy. The representative then said they didn't have time to complete the purchase/transfer as the store would be closing in 30 minutes. He said I'd have to make an appointment to come back to complete the purchase/transfer. I scheduled an appointment for 7/10/23, only to arrive and learn that the promo I was supposed to get just 2 days before had expired. The Manager (Hilda) said there was nothing she could do and told me to call customer service. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years. They couldn't care less. When did Verizon become so awful? Sadly, I don't think they'd even care if I switched providers. read more

I'm really disappointed with Verizon. We've been loyal customers for many years. We tried to activate our free year of Disney+ offered by Verizon to unlimited customers and found our grandfathered unlimited plan is not eligible. Verizon claimed our plan is not unlimited but looking at my account, it show as unlimited We were told that we needed to upgrade to a new unlimited plan??? We're already paying over $200 a month for multiple lines and changing to the new plan would cost an addional $420+ a year. Would rather pay the $69.99 per year to Disney. We're tired of being singled out for being loyal customers. Will be looking for better service and appreciation. read more

Ok let me start by saying I'm usually the guy that will get on this thing and bash you when you did something stupid but in this case it's the complete opposite.. I went into the store today 5/13/23 and needed a-lot of help and was greeted as soon as I came in the door and placed on the line, waited like 9 min which wasn't bad (I was annoyed) but anyway we were greeted by Mark (he looks like he's 10) and I completely thought this child wouldn't be able to help me....... Well let me tell you something I'm extremely cynical when it comes to customer service I did nightclubs for a lot of years and the public sucks but anyway this kid Mark asks me how he can help and from the point on the levels of customer service were outstanding, I opened an additional line with a new phone and accessories and I was able to upgrade myself and mom and open and switch over with written directions how to do set everything up I was blown away. Usually going to Verizon takes forever and it sucks but today it still took forever but was enjoyable so just wanted to say kudos to Mark and if anyone is looking for the best in customer service it's this kid.. he's got it and sorry I know I cuss a lot and you took it in stride read more

I went into the Verizon store in Town Square to switch carriers and to upgrade my phone and get on a plan with my girlfriend who was also going to upgrade her phone. We were helped by Misty and our experience couldn't have gone better. Switching carriers and upgrading phones has been stressful and aggravating in the past. Misty was WONDERFUL!!! Went in today and worked with Spencer, his customer service was by far the best I've had dealing with a new purchase. I'd suggest asking for Spencer if you need a phone, not saying the other employees here aren't good I'm just saying he was very good. The service people that work at this store are knowledgeable about cell phone service but not about how this company over charges on a monthly basis. I bought a really expensive ph. from them thinking that Verizon is a big company and I'm going to get great service and the reception should be good in the mountains. I work from home so the reception is crucial for me and I didn't mind paying the overages in the first couple months. But, after 4 months I was completely discouraged about being charged double for their service. Every time I called corporate It would take around an hour to get the billing fixed and back to the original agreed monthly rate. I think an hour per month disputing charges is a little much. Luckily I was able to sell the phone for about half of what I paid for it and moved on to another company where I am charged the exact monthly fee as agreed. I do not recommend Verizon. read more

Then had a dumb guy tell me he would give me a iPhone 4 for a price, made me wait for god knows what... then told me he wasn't going to do it anymore.
