In-store experience was just fine, no complaints (and why this review includes two stars instead of just one). Fast forward to June 2026, and the TV stops working. We schedule a repair online with the Geek Squad, specify the purchase date of the TV and that it's no longer under warranty, pay the $130 service fee, and are scheduled for an agent to come out for the repair. Three weeks later, we have been rescheduled twice already, and just this afternoon I receive a call from a Best Buy CSR that they need to reschedule the appointment AGAIN. Each time, they can only reschedule for another week out. I get that this is just a TV, not exactly a life-or-death appliance, but this is still an unacceptable lack of service, especially when we've paid up front. Either find another agent to come out - you're Best Buy for heaven's sake, you can't reasonably tell me you only have one agent in the entirety of the Las Vegas valley - or just be honest that you're not up for repairing a four-year-old TV even if its owners are willing to pay out of pocket.
