If I could get zero stars or minus stars I absolutely would. verizonwireless is THE most incompetent mobile cell phone company you could ever go with. DO NOT go to them. CUSTOMER-BASED MY HINEY. It all started out when I returned a phone that was not functioning and received my replacement cell phone. My tracking number for the return shows it delivered in their facility. This was back in October. In late November both my cell phones were disconnected. The reason they gave? Because they claim they never received the return cell phone. When I called to have them fix this because my tracking number shows that it was in fact delivered. The answer I got was "oh yes we show it as delivered in our warehouse, we will make sure to give you the credit on Monday." I have called back every 3 days since that Monday to find out why the credit was not fixed and why my service has not been restored. Keep in mind this is now the beginning of December that this happened. Meanwhile, I keep getting late fees and my 215.00 bill as of today has now gone all the way up to $2,349.53 I have been unable to use my phones and they absolutely REFUSE to fix this. This is NOT my fault I have explained this to them multiple times after multiple calls to their incompetent establishment. Because they REFUSE to fix THEIR mistake they are punishing me for this, and ruining my credit. read more

This stores makes false promises to trap the customers. We meet with their one of sales representative Eloy. He initially gives us false promise to make his account. We got trapped and open a account at this store and later we figure out he gave us wrong information's. like initally he said we will get 200 Mbps speed, later we figure out that we will only get 100 Mbps speed and if we go with 200 Mbps we have to pay more. so, to see like these kind of false promises we closed the account and returned everything. I visited Las Vegas for new years 2024 and lost my phone in a casino. This store was the closest, so my girlfriend and I headed there via Uber. The Verizon employee, Sam, was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions (including ones about the securing of my lost phone data, data transfer, etc), gave honest answers without any BS, and set up my new phone quickly, including installing my screen protector and case. Losing my phone was a very stressful experience (especially on vacation in a new city), but Sam put my mind at ease. My girlfriend and I left the store and had a great time for the remainder of our stay in Vegas. Yes, a new phone was costly, but that's on me for losing my phone. Wow! A Verizon representative placed a 50$ glass protector on my s8+ (edge screen) and all this time I thought I had a glass protector until i broke my screen. (I was suspicious the day that representative claimed to have applied the glass protector, he said the glass protector is very thin and undetectable- next generation quality - LIAR!!) Verizon Rep Josue Gonzalez was the most helpful and patient sales representative that I've ever met. I changed services from AT&T to Verizon and I live in California, but my mother, who lives in Vegas, had to get her SIM card changed out. He took the time to call Verizon Corporate four times to have them make changes to my account. He attempted to contact AT&T on my behalf. The whole ordeal took over an hour, but he never stopped helping. In the end, he was able to resolve my issue, get my mom's phone transferred over, and reassured my elderly mom that she was going to be taken care of. read more

Adrian was the gentleman who helped us and we could not be happier with his customer service! My mom explained what she was looking for in a new phone and Adrian gave us multiple options to choose from which was great! I stopped at the store on my way home from work to inquire about the iPhone 12. I will say that they were extremely conscious about safety status. I met with Angel and he explained the difference in the models. Once I had determined which one I wished to purchase We started the transfer from my old phone to the new one. Well it took almost 2 1/2 hours because the Internet was having issues. However even though it took a long time I will give them five stars because all of the people involved were very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff there! Worst place ever !!!! I was in town from LA. My phone said no sim. I brought it in. Sam told me my antenna wasn't working. He first swapped the sim and it still had problems. He advice me to get a whole new phone. Not even 2 hours later the new phone did the same thing. It was 8pm so the store was closed I called Verizon and was on the phone for 2 hours they couldn't fix it. I woke up early before my flight and a new person. Don't remember his name put a new sim in the old phone and it magically worked. Then did a new sim in the new phone it worked. So the guy said take the new phone in case and return it in LA. Again I thought I was at a Verizon store this whole time. I get to LA. This phone store is no where In LA. It's in chino. I was mad I couldn't return I called the store a guy name Eloy has been great he sent me a label I sent the phone to him he processed the return. I'm thinking we are all good. Noooo he returned it wrong. So "Verizon" is asking me for my "old" phone that I'm currently on. I've told him to fix this and he still says he's working on it. I'm on the phone with Verizon and they said they did it wrong Verizon can't do anything with out them do the return over. This is some bullshit. Eloy has tried his hardest to help me. I had to replace a phone after trying to swap phone numbers between two phones. Verizon had failed to prevent me from doing so, or warning me that doing sowould make both phones useless since they could not be reactivated with new numbers. I was pretty angry since Verizon basically told me they would do nothing and required me to get a new phone in the middle of the COVID 19 crisis. I bought the replacement phone on Verizon's website to be picked up at Cellular Sales' Maryland Parkway store. I got there and picked up the new phone. There was an issue getting the phone activated but, the sales staff made sure everything was working before I left. I appreciate that since I had wasted so much time with Verizon before getting to the store. read more

I went back to this store with a very stern demeanor and demanded a full refund of the $100 phone up-charge (which also was taxed), as well as the popsocket (plus tax) and I was *not* paying a restocking fee. Luckily, I got Roman Perez, who was very professional and talked like an adult and Marcos stayed far away from me and that was a very good thing. Roman had no problem refunding all of my money and offered to work out the kinks on my phone, which took well over 1.5 hours. (It still has issues charging and I forgot to mention that to him.) He was friendly the entire time and made sure that my phone was to my liking, rather than making more money off me. No one complained about staying late and other people were in the store and working late, as well. My gut says Roman is probably a good guy so I'm giving my experience with him 5 stars, but this ordeal was totally preventable and inexcusable in my book. Additionally, due to Yelp letting someone with no previous reviews write a 5-star review all about "Marco" shorty after my review posted (I told Roman that I had left a Yelp review and would update it thanks to him...hmmm) and my experience on 10/1, I am only giving the store an extra star due to all this shadiness. Just proceed with a lot of caution if you go here (especially if you are a woman) and get a printed, itemized bill before you pay as they won't give you one. I made sure to see mine before swiping my card for the 2 credits and have no idea why I didn't do that the 1st time as that's not like me at all. I was on day 2 of my vacation after driving 16 hours to get to LV. My phone completely shut down and quit working entirely. While my family was off playing, I had the dreaded mission of finding a Verizon store to see if anyone could help me fix my phone. I expected it to take hours and planned accordingly, since in Salem, Oregon it has NEVER been less than a 3 hour ordeal. That said, I could not have been more wrong or pleasantly surprised. Austin was quick, professional, compassionate, empathetic, and very very helpful. I am so grateful that he took the time to try to fix my phone before trying to sell me a new phone. He was confident and competent and I really felt like I could trust him. When he admitted that my phone was toast and even with all of his experience and skill, nothing he tried worked for him I was grateful for his candor and honesty. I am fairly savvy myself and I couldn't figure it out, so I knew I had no choice but to buy. We don't have a sales tax in Oregon and I really didn't want to buy in NV but I had no choice. Nothing they could do about all of that, but I will tell you this...he made up for it in customer service. I expected to be handed a new phone in a box and sent on my way. That is not what happened. Austin took the time to completely (to the extent possible) set up my new phone, including putting on the glass protector and even the phone case for me! He made sure to transfer everything for me and when I left, I felt confident that I wouldn't need to go back because he had thought of so many things I wouldn't have to address before I walked out of there. Add to all of this, I was in and out in 1/2 the time I had expected and planned and was back out on vacation with my family with a blip on the radar of interruption. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. It was not fun to have to purchase a new phone that I had not budgeted for on a vacation that I had to save for a couple of years to take. Thank you to this fantastic store and customer service. The last thing I will say is, thank you to the store employees for your vigilance in preventing disease transmission. You all stuck to protocols that kept us all feeling safe and cared for. Folks were consistent and kept masks on with physical distancing.
