Crooked liars are the worse company to deal with. promised me if I sent back a router that was still in box I would not be charged. guess what they refused to send shipping label on emails to me saying they didn't know what happened. When I finally returned, they charged me 400 , then said they would credit it when they received it scanned in their warehouse and then only credited me 85 . I'm so done with this company. lawsuit Back Story 1 star because I have an issue with a $40 prepaid T-Mobile card that was E-gifted to me through a retail store. After 2 long hours I found out I was not able to use the card anywhere on the T-Mobile App or any T-Mobile store. Although, this card is specifically for T-Mobile use only. This issue caused plenty of frustration not only with the retail store which it was purchased from but the T-Mobile Supervisor was unable to help with this situation at all. I was told by T-Mobile maybe o could sell the card elsewhere to get my money back since the retail stores are unable to reimburse/ refund purchased prepaid cards. Coming from a T-Mobile customer of 8yrs, this is by far the worst service I received. Thanks for the experience !!! read more

It is painful to have to give T-mobile even one star. I have what could be termed a unilateral contract with them. I have to pay them but they don't have to give me service. They told me they had service in Tonopah when I signed up and it was kind of okay then. You could get and receive calls. It dropped them a lot but it was service. Now there is none unless you get on Wi-fi and even then it's iffy. But I still have to pay the bill. It's been like this for over a year and they don't show any intention to fix it. I also agree with the person who said the bills are much higher than what they represented. I could never get a straight answer from the "business rep" as to what the costs would be and the local store in Pahrump couldn't help me because I was a business customer. Then the rep disappeared and left me hanging without anyone to help. I probably hate T-mobile more than any company I've ever done business with for their misrepresentations, lack of professionalism and for terrible cell phone service. read more

Jose was the knowledgeable young man helping us out with getting a new phone. He gave us the facts, wasn't rushing and did not pressure us to buy certain types of phones. He even helped me with the T-mobile Tuesday app that has great offers on certain Tuesdays. I like how he helped answer my phone questions without making me feel silly. The store is located at the end of a single strip mall. Parking entrance can be tight and is one- way entrance, pretty much entering in the middle of the line of stores. They used to have some really good sales people that always went above and beyond for their customers. I stayed with them for years because of that team. Now, the best people have transferred or been promoted. Kudos to them; however the staff remaining leaves a lot to be desired. I didnt see any real leadership, and Marissa was a horrible rep. She was unhelpful, condensending, and arrogant about her knowledge of products and promos. In reality, her customer service skills were lacking and she came off rude and inconsiderate. I had an issue that a manager at another store was helping me to resolve, but due to stock, I had to come here for the item. Marissa continuously just told me what she COULD NOT do, and talked down about the manager at the other store for sending me here for help. I went back to the other store, and told the manager that the girl said she couldn't help me, and basically I was stuck. Really, Marissa just didn't want to help me because she wanted the sale of a line, and I had already purchased the line, but needed a new watch. So, when I returned, I kindly asked her if she could help me when she was finished with the customers she was with, and let her know I had returned from speaking to the manager at the other store, and just needed the watch. She scoffed at me for going back to the previous store, and said she would have to see if she even still had the watch when she finished (there was only 1 in stock). I was a little irritated already from driving back and forth, and having to wait again, but patiently waited in the front of the store. As she finished, I went back to her table but she stood up and went into the back without saying a word. I waited, and eventually sat down at her table. She came back out, went right past me, and begin to call out names to help other people. I said "hi, aren't you going to help me with my watch?". She said she had to help the customers in the queue. I pleaded, but I had already been sitting with you earlier and then came all the way back to the store, asked her to help me again, and waited patiently for her to finish. She could have at LEAST told me then that she was not going to be able to help me any time soon, but instead let me wait, then ignored me completely AS I AM SITTING AT THE TABLE LOOKING AT HER!? I was done. I'm over it. VERIZON was right across the parking lot! They treated me much better, and were considerate of my frustrations with T-Mobile reps, and made sure I had a way to contact them directly if I had a y issues.. They have some great promos, and without the old crew at TMobile anymore, I'm looking for new reps and a better service to manage my account of 6 lines! I even get a friend's and family discount at TMobile, but I ready to letnit go after this! There was no one treating me "friendly", let alone like "family". read more

I went into my local T-Mobile store in Las Vegas looking to upgrade my S-23 phone for an S-25. I noticed their Que was very disorganized and the employees were very cavalier, sleepy " I don't care attitude and I'm doing you a favor by waiting on you because I work for T-Mobile Corp. To make a long story short, after a very long wait, I got the worst female employee with the worst attitude. I asked her a simple question "Are you ready now? She looked at me and said? "I'm not going to help you" She turned her back on me and walked away. She went in back, and told the manager that I was a causing a disturbance, and he bought into her lie. He came out, and never asked me what happened?. He asked me to leave the store and wait outside in the 110 heat of Las Vegas until my Uber driver arrived. I am an 80 y/o veteran, and so disrespectful. I was so upset, I left the store and went straight to Verizon. It was like night and day at Verizon. The employees were friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. As a reward, I bought a new phone, worked out a bundle with them and gave them all my business. I am very happy with Verizon. The moral of this story is save yourself a lot of stress and hassle, and skip T-Mobile because all they do is give you lip service, but they don't really care. read more

I am so frustrated with the customer service I received. Brian sold me a phone after the outrageous day I had in trying to transfer my contacts and info from an iPhone to a Samsung. The whole process took me an entire day to complete. At the end, Brian handed me my Samsung s24 and said that once it was completely charged, I simply had to push on a couple of icons and then my phone would be ready to go. I left the store with an uncharged and "not-ready-to-go" phone at 6:20 p.m. At 6:45 p.m. I was back to ask Brian why I couldn't access the info that would be available. He said he couldn't help me because I didn't bring the other electronic to pair with it. He could have told me that in the beginning. I left at 7:00 p.m., telling him I was not happy and that I hoped I didn't have to come back in the morning. The next day, I still was unable to use this new and very expensive phone. Instead of going back to see Brian, I went to the T-Mobile store on Marks and Warm Springs in Henderson. Michelle and Miguel were fabulous. They took the time to go through the entire phone system with me, helped me pair it with the electronic I'd brought and even gave me pointers on things I would need in order to use the Samsung s24 for my job. If you are going to sell someone a product but don't have the time our courtesy to explain how it works or what processes I need to initiate, find a different job. I will not be going back to this T-Mobile store even though it is just down the road from where I live. read more

I got a new iPhone that was gifted to me and I needed to go into a store to connect the phone. Just be worried that this location gets very busy but the employees that work here are very good. The girl working on Saturday morning helped me get my new Sim card and then also helped me choose a new phone case. I have no complaints I've been to other T-Mobile's in the Las Vegas area that have been really bad. Great employees here just make sure that you're not in a rush or join the waitlist and come back. read more

Here something different: Tremendous Customer Service, effective solutions, friendly and knowledgeable staff, working through difficult data transfer issues and more. Wendy was extremely helpful and positive when we showed up after 7pm with the need for two phones added to our family plan. She had the right models, the right accessories, and when we gave her a difficult technical challenge, she stayed on task even when the store was getting ready to close. Her interactions with T-Mobile and Google Voice were professional and she kept us advised as to how things were going. We left with a positive feeling about this whole experience, a huge reverse from the normal cell phone, internet provider, technology store interaction we normally have. Returned this same week with a question and she took care of our unresolved issues and showed us how to handle things ourselves without talking down to technology challenged customers. Yo no espanol and her entire crew took care of everyone else in the store in whatever language they needed and everyone was happy with the result. Good Job! read more

This company is so horrible. I went and paid off my sons phone so he could jump on my wonderful AT&T. We called prior to paying the phone off. They said it would automatically unlock the phone. Long story short it is still locked. Omg. We spoke to 3 representatives and no one know what they are doing. I will never recommend T-Mobile to anyone read more

Over last 3 years plus I've had sprint service. T-moble acquired Sprint approximately 18 months ago. Before being acquired my phone bill was approximately $100 afterwards bill went up to $150. Avoid their Boca Park location at all costs! They sold me a 12 Pro Max - "it will be delivered in 1 to 2 days." EIGHT days later, no update and no phone. Guy at their customer service number tells me they do not have the phone and will not be getting any....so WTF do I do?!? Went to T-Mobile store and was told I could pay FULL price for an iPhone 13 (also not coming for weeks). I asked about the discount I was getting on the 12 Pro max, and was told it did not exist. I certainly didn't make it up - their sales rep is the one who told me what it was! Given the lack of alternatives, I said cancel the transaction. Called to ask if I fixed the cracked screen would it be eligible for trade-in on 13. I was told "since you cancelled the other transaction [you know...the one where they do not have and cannot get the phone they sold me!] you are ineligible for any offers moving forward." I don't care how inconvenient it is or how much more I pay with other carriers, I will NEVER do business with T-Mobile again! read more

Only thing good about this store is that they're located close to the Fremont st experience. They didn't have iPhone X's on display, they tried selling me a red iPhone 8 when I specifically said that I wanted to purchase an iPhone X, they didn't have a 256 gig iPhone X and only had 64 gigs. That's when I said no more and said thanks but no thanks. The staff was cool so I blame management for the store's shortcomings. They failed to tell me that they would no longer be caring my screen protectant and i would have to order it online and would take an entire week (not including) the weekend for it to ship to me.
