They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. I can't say enough good things at how helpful they were.

After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, care and attention. We will definitely be back!

But beyond that, my experience was very bad. I first went in there for them to look at my son's Xbox, which had been broken for a couple months. As they were looking at it, the employees at the front desk sold me on a monthly repair plan that was around $50/month and included 5 devices in my household. If any of them break, I bring it in and they repair it at no additional cost. Seems simple? Not so much. After about two months, I brought my son's iPad in which had a very cracked screen. I was then told that I needed to submit a ticket through Asurion, which I guess is the third-party company that they use for the insurance (I was told nothing about Asurion when I signed up for this service). It was implied when I signed up that I would simply come in with the broken device and they would fix it. Once the ticket is submitted, I then leave the iPad and they fix it. It took me about 30 minutes to submit the ticket and everything seemed to go through fine and I dropped the iPad off with them. I came back a week later and was told that there was an error in the system so they weren't able to do anything with the iPad and I needed to cancel that ticket with Asurion and resubmit another one. I did this exactly as they said and submitted a new ticket which also went through fine. Another three or four days went by and I went into the store and they told me that my new ticket also had an error. They sympathized with me that they were also frustrated with asurion but offered no help whatsoever to get this situation resolved. I then called asurion and asked them what to do and they told me that the ticket was perfectly fine in their system and to talk to you break i fix about it. After a ton of back and forth, I had no option other than to give up. At this point I have paid for three months of the monthly service and wasted over a month of my time and the iPad was not fixed and they offered no help in getting it pushed through. Nor did they offer any kind of help with working on the iPad. I would not necessarily avoid this store, as they probably do good work, but I would strongly recommend DO NOT sign up for any of the monthly repair plans. They seem to be a scam, or at least in my case they were.

I originally went to Ubreakifix and they said they didn't carry it and they'd have to order the part, so I'd be out of a camera for vacation! I called ALL OVER ORLANDO and no one carried the part, except here. I spoke to Andrew and he put the part on hold for me for the next morning since they were about to close. It was about 30 minutes from my side of town, but I drove out and Andrew fixed my phone the next morning, and for less than anywhere else!! Score! I had my rear camera for my vacation and was able to take lots of pictures! Unfortunately, the new camera they put in shorted out my front camera on the phone. I didn't notice until after they closed and I was leaving the next morning, so I couldn't get it fixed. No biggie, just less selfies.‍ I called while gone and Adam told me to bring it back when I got in town. I took my phone back and Adam figured out it was shorted, replaced the rear camera with another one that wasn't defective, AND replaced my screen protector, for no charge!!!! These guys are awesome, they have great customer service, and I will be going here with all my phone needs even though they are across town. Thanks for the great experience guys!

So we drove from Kissimmee to St Cloud to this store waited as there were a few people ahead of us, no big deal. It's our turn we sit down and he goes over the phone options, looks at our account we need to pay off the phone we currently have $403 to upgrade I ASKED HIM since he's looking at my account if after paying it off will we need to pay anymore or any money down on the new phone HE SAID NO only the activation tax and any accessories. Ok, great, we pay the money. He then starts going over trade in value and if we want to trade the phone in, he says it's worth $880 it will show up after 3 statements blah blah blah. We decided to keep the phone because it doesn't make that much of a difference on the bill to us monthly. So we are finishing it and he said you only get $1000 per line for devices so you will owe $109 additional too my husband takes out the money he says oops now it's saying $114 ok so he pulls out another $5. Then he, Michael says his computer logged out he has to log back in he pulls out account back up and says now it says they need $950 down for the phone. I explained to him if I only get $1000 per line since that phone is payed off it should free up an additional $1000 correct and that if it was the case it would of showed that beforehand not AFTER we paid the phone off. I said you told us since you were looking there was nothing additional only the $403. I said I'd like my $403 back since we aren't going to give $1500 for a $1100 phone PLUS trade in a phone so a total of $2200 in cash and phones for a $1100 phone!!!! A JOKE. He told me that I can't get that back, so I asked him to call Verizon and he said Verizon won't do anything for me either. He was the BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST I have ever met. How do you work at Verizon and you are able to see my account and know about upgrades but can see any of this? So I walked out and called Verizon on my way home where they were able to see that I do have an upgrade and are overnighting the phone to me. I have never felt so scammed in my life. Michael should be ashamed of himself. He was so careful to hold a black light to my license for 5 minutes making sure it was a real ID and flipping through a booklet to make sure my license was real and then asking us to pay half of the $109 on a card in case any of this comes back as fraud the whole time he was defrauding us!!! Needless to say he was reported to Verizon, and whether or not they actually do anything about him I'll do what I can.
