Fernando at this location was the opposite -- professional, friendly, and incredibly PATIENT. He made sure my line transfer was completed smoothly and took the time. I called and they could not fix it on their end and told me I had to go in the store, after going to a "third party" metro down the street I was directed to this location for full services. When I entered both of the employees were busy with customers and I already was frustrated that things were not working. BUT I am so glad I got CARLOS! He was so extremely patient and did not give up when customer service basically told him no. He went out of his way to help me and make sure I left with my issue resolved. He was very friendly and I was so grateful that he was working when I went to the store. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years so I am hyper aware of the service I receive. I've had a lot of interactions in phone carrier stores where I have received horrible service and no help but Carlos changed my mind. He did not give up and got all my issues handled! Enough of the interference, of the cutting out regularly, internet going off so I had to reset it all the time, all of it. So, I already had Metro phone service, so I went over to a local store to ask about their internet. I was helped by a guy named ACE. And he definitely was "aces" in my book. After being abused by AT&T and Verizon (I won't even GO to one of their stores anymore), I was really welcomed by Metro PCS. Ace explained all about the device, how to hook it up and all that. He programmed it for me, arranged auto payment for me--and I was out the door for only $65 dollars which included a service charge, but now I'm paying only $45 a month for TERRIFIC internet service. $40 with auto pay!! Ace was also on hand for any followup questions I had, but there were none. He did a GREAT job. I brought it home, plugged it in, did a few easy things on the computer, and I'm good to go. So far so good with Metro PCS. And if you go to the store in San Pedro, CA, ask for ACE. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased the phone attached to a MetroPCS service plan from this store. The phone, however only…read morereceived about 50% of the incoming texts due to a software error that was not remedied by several tower resets and full factory setting resets performed by well-meaning MetroPCS locations I was able to attend while traveling for work in the days after the phone purchase. Since I travel all week for work, this problem had going on for the better part of a week and cost me several thousand dollars due to an inability to connect with clients. I was told by well-meaning and helpful employees of other MetroPCS locations that I needed to return to the Anaheim Long Beach location where I purchased the phone in order to receive a replacement which I would be given immediately. 4 days after purchasing the phone I made a special trip back to location, and the man claiming to be the owner of this location declared that if he texted me and I received his texts that none of the screenshots proving the problem that I could show him meant anything, that I was a liar, and that nothing was wrong with my phone. This very same man, who claimed to be the owner of the store, also loudly bragged that a nursing student who worked for him being very lucky to receive his $16 per hour because she would never receive that kind of money while working as a nurse. I mentioned this to show how delusional the person is. The man who claims to be the owner of the store seems to operate in a world where his ego somehow affords magical benefits to anyone that it touches? His store had plenty of replacement phones in stock, as confirmed by an employee when I returned, and that the warranty required him to give me without delay and on the spot. Still, rather than allowing me to show him screenshot proof that he had not delivered what I had paid for when I bought this phone in service, and simply solving the problem then and there with the replacement I was owed, he shouted nonsense over any attempt I respectfully made to talk to him. Delusional, dishonest, disrespectful, and rude, this man will, unfortunately, have to see an application of the law to discover much about his environment.

We came into the store to purchase a flip phone for my dad. The flip phone was sold out at their location but one of the ladies drove to a nearby location to pick one up for us. In under 10 minutes she was back with phone in hand. The area manager and the ladies were a delight in our shopping experience. Today, I went in to take care of a problem. Julian took care of it for me and also graciously offered a solution to get my bill lowered. Former store employees never offered this to me in the past. It is timely since I am not currently working. I appreciate Julian's good and knowledgeable customer service etc.
