I explained to him that I needed my phone fix ASAP due to me needing my phone for work. He order the screen for my phone because the store didn't have any in stock. rought my iPhone XR in to get repaired. Back glass, front camera and replacement battery. Cons: they were busy and the repair took longer than quoted 4 hours. Also, some pixels on my front screen went black after the repair. Pros: staff is friendly, polite and really helpful. After I pointed out that the screen was damaged, they said they can't confirm it was damaged during service. Then offered to swap it out for $20. That was a generous compromise considering the time they've spent on the repair already. I am glad they worked that in because I really wanted to leave a good review. I would come back here again and would recommend them to friends. Back story on the phone. The glass on the back has been cracked for a while and I took the phone snorkeling with a "waterproof" case on it. The phone fell out of my pocket and sank to the seabed about 20 feet under. Later that day, the FaceID camera stopped working. I'm not one to throw away working electronics so I looked for places that could repair it. First time here. Good service and good price. Much more affordable and reasonable ($75+Tax) than a repair booth in Del Amo Mall (they wanted $100 for small cracks!). The guy took about an hour to fix my phone so I sat in the waiting area with my laptop. Call in first for the price and the item (screen, etc). They may take days for the item to arrive bc mine wasn't available. Be sure to double check and confirm the correct item (mine took weeks bc of miscommunication). The store is small so I drove pass it the first time. There's a parking next to the salon. Anyway, I recommend it. Will come back! read more

Great service! I called in advance to see if they had two IPhone 8 batteries in stock and could I come in to have them replaced. He said yes, come on down. The owner was working on another phone, as soon as he was done he fixed both of our phones. We left in about an hour and the new batteries work great.
