Our office place needed a brand new phone system. GSolutionz handled everything just great, very professional and efficient, and highly communicative, from soup to nuts, e.g., presenting different phone systems available, educating us re the same, setting up a controlled presentation where we could try a few phone systems, installation and setting up the new phones in the office (without interrupting our regular work hours), training us on the phones, being available for trouble-shooting and all questions re phone operations for 6-8 weeks immediately following installation, etc. We are very happy with our new Avaya phone system. We also contract with GSolutionz on a monthly basis so they are available to handle any technical problems that may arise with the phones. Once the grace period after installation ran out, they have continued to provide great customer service, response rate, and fix problems very quickly. It has been especially trying during this COVID situation. Since everyone had to either set up a remote office phone at home, or forward phones or make arrangements so our work phones remain operational and someone is reached when calls go through our firm, etc., GSolutionz has been great and efficient in handling all our demands in customizing the phones to best suit this "COVID" situation. One thing I really love about the new phones and working with GSolutionz, in almost all instances when we ask them to handle a technical matter, they are able to do it remotely and with the "push of a button" they are able to make any adjustments to the phone hardware, software and settings. We had been having problems with one of the phones at my work. One of our customers told us about a company they had been working with who was able to help them with the static on their lines similar to what we were dealing with. We called into Gsolutionz and they were able to troubleshoot for us and came to the conclusion that our phone was bad and needed replacing. They were able to get a quote out to us so we could purchase a replacement and have someone come out to fix it for us. That did the trick and we didn't have any more static after that. We've also got to know some of their regular techs who worked regularly on our system. We are a good sized credit union and the install was not without hiccups. They have even helped us troubleshoot issues that were not in their systems, but with AT&T.
