I didn't feel rushed and was professional and courteous. I know this internet service is a small locally owned business so having a staff covering the hours they cove is amazing. Growing up within walking distance of the mall, I remember visiting the original store a lot to explore the items for sale, and my parents always got their watches repaired there. When my mom brought in her two watches, he gave them an assessment and told her that only one needed to be repaired, and he explained how to get the second watch working. I thought that was incredibly honest as he could have upcharged for a tune-up. In 10 days my mom will have her beloved watch back and the repair only set us back $50--honestly, such a steal!
