I visited the T-Mobile store in Woodland (Bronze Circle) expecting assistance, but instead had a very frustrating experience. Before even confirming whether the phone I was interested in was in stock (it wasn't), my plan was already switched over and completed. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store. Was told that T-Mobile has active promotions. As of today, 2 weeks of free wi-fi and $55/ month fee for 800 GB upload/download speed. When asked what our other options would be outside of the promotion, Alex stated "Well you can go to AT&T and pay hundreds of dollars for the same service." Perhaps he could have made us aware of what our normal cost would be without the promotion instead of a sly remark. Then again, according to Alex, T-Mobile sets promotions out of nowhere and when a new one is set, the previous one ends without notice. AT&T has 1gb plans that are comparable in price and actually much cheaper. Save yourself the trouble and deal with literally any other wif-fi carrier. Horrendous service and even worse "transparency" if you could even call it that. read more

Service was abhorrent and deplorable. I discovered this is not a true T-Mobile store, but rather only an authorized retailer. This means their service is dismal and they don't care, especially Xavier and Chris. Go to a true T-Mobile store in West Sacramento by IKEA and receive superior service. read more

You walk in and they give you an annoying look I was gonna get a new phone and I didn't because their attitude was the worst she wouldn't even look up my account that's how lazy she was. I can see why this location is rated so low. They are unprofessional, they added a line and premium insurance with out my acknowledgment, and they guaranteed a full credit of all the prorated charges yet the district manager has not even had the courtesy of making that happened , I understand they work off commission but to lie and be deceitful with customers is completely inappropriate. I came into T- Mobile on Monday, March 30 to inquire about a new internet service since I had multiple problems getting reliable coverage in the area where I live just north of Woodland through AT&T. The sales rep I worked with Jaden wasn't helpful at all. He started quoting various pricing for several additions including AAA roadside, Netflix, Apple TV, in flight wifi including options for international travel. He later said that I can get a tablet while only paying the sales taxes on it as part of a package with the home internet. I had to convince him that all I wanted was the wifi but was ok with getting a tablet also since it was a good offer. When he was busy with his back office phone staff, he changed his mind saying that I would have to get talk and text coverage through a new phone service to qualify for the laptop even though I had all that through another carrier. Why not tell me up front? So I declined the laptop to just get the internet. He spent several minutes that seemed like hours talking with this back office people on his phone and referred me to his back office person. This person sounded like those foreign sales reps from AT&T that are in a 3rd world country. After a lot of back and forth the sales rep I was on the phone with decided to ask me several groups of unrelated questions to try and get personal information like where I used to live, and next of kin etc. Questions that have absolutely nothing to do with just purchasing a modem. My credit is great but after all of this, Jaden just decided to not continue with the sale and denied me of getting a modem. My credit is great with the credit card I have plus a bank visa card from my bank. His number that he gave me is 530 312 3385. This store has high school teenager working there with no customer service experience. they talk back to customers like they would talk back to there mom and dad i had 4 business line account with t-mobile for the past three years just because this stores bad customer service i decide to end my account with them. i can't deal with this there are lots of providers out there. hope t mobile don't loose more business because of there employees i am business owner myself and i would hate to lose a customer over customer service. customer service is the reasons why the are hired for. Business are hard to operate by itself and by hire these employees you make it more difficult. plz train you employees if you want to stay in business. read more

Garbage service. Go elsewhere. I started an order with T-Mobile over the phone and they required me to go into a store and show my ID. The person helping me was having trouble locating my order number so she handled me her tablet and asked me to enter the last four of my SSN and last name. As soon as I did she snatched the tablet out of my hands. Me: "Hey, don't just grab that away from me." Her: "This is T-Mobile's tablet." Me: "I was trying to tell you which result is correct. Terrible customer service! Walked in and the guy was looking at his phone. I told him I had called T mobile customer service because my wi- fi connection wasn't working. He started telling me I was giving wrong information and arguing with me. So, I turned around and walked out. Went over to Verizon wow what a difference! What can I say... T-Mobile's service sucksss.... With them for 2 years and finally switched back to AT&T after our phones were paid off and they made it so difficult! I would give 0 stars for the customer service in this store but I have to leave 1 star to right my comment . Went into the store on Saturday afternoon , only 1 other customer in the store. The store was clean and everyone had a mask on . The people working on the other hand were ridiculous. The girl at the counter did not look up from her phone one time. Not even when she got up to walk to the back room, she had her phone plastered to her face and almost walked into the wall. The young gentleman helping us was kind but didn't know too much. He may have been new ?? I say girl and guy because they never did introduce themselves so I don't know names. We were in the store to upgrade the 11pro max to the 12pro max . This should have been a straight trade , we already called and did research online with the phone company. My husband just didn't want to wait the 4 days for shipping to the house hahaha. Anyway we we get everything we need and walk to the register to pay and he ran into an issues with their computer system that's when we meet the 3 guy working . We will call him pink shirt guy. Pink shirt guy walked up and stepped in front of the young kid, he started slamming the computer mouse on the counter and banging his fingers on the keyboard. He looked at my husband and said on it looks like it will be $100 deposit plus tax came out to $209??? We were confused about the price but thought they must know because they are in the system right . Pink shirt guy then told my husband to insert card to the machine . We waited for a few min and nothing happened. Pink shirt guy said this is taking to long , remove card and replace it . We did this 3 times . Each time pink shirt guy grew more frustrated. He continued to pound on the computer keyboard and say it is not working right. You may see a pending charge with your bank but no charge has been made because you did not sign yet. My husband stepped back from the counter to open his bank app and said well hold on you ran my card 3 times and probably locked it . At that time pink shirt guy with his attitude said you can not leave the store with the phone , it is not paid for so chill out . WTF my husband has HIS phone in his hand and the new phone on the counter. This guy needs to chill out . My husband then said , chill out bro , I'm checking my account . Your machine is not working and you locked my card down. Ok so to end the story , they had no idea what they were doing in that store. When we got home my husband call the phone company and found out that they basically just set him up with a second account. They did not swap anything over he is now paying for two phones. We had to get everything cleared up ourselves and our money has been returned. Pretty much save yourself the hassle, wait for the shipping or go to a different store. I went to the t-mobile store bronze dr woodland California last November 28th Saturday to change my old carrier from AT&T to T-mobile . Karl the manager help me out. He gives us Black Friday deal in phone , buy 1 get one free in iPhone 12. I bought 4 lines from him. 2 iPhones 12, one for me and my husband , Apple Watch SE for me and trade in iPhone 12 pro for my 18 years old . Karl went above and beyond of helping me transitioning from AT&T to T-mobile . He's great customer service . I give 5 stars for Karl in T-mobile . Great job!! read more

Rarely leave a review even with unsatisfactory service, but the employees in this location deserve better leadership. I asked to speak with their manager and Distric Manager, the employees were afraid of providing this information due to possible retaliation from the person-Mgr, who should be their support. I will not support a business with such low work ethic. read more
