After finding out I needed to buy a new part and cleaning it didn't fix the keyboard issue, I decided I would just pick it up. Assuming they in fact cleaned it, I was disappointed to find all the same smudges and particles as before. Luckily they stuck to their word of not charging for the cleaning but also, they didn't clean. Not sure if they either lied or were planning on cleaning only if I bought that extra piece. My iPad Pro 12.9" wasn't charging well, so I read these positive reviews and took to iRepairIt to…read morefix it. I was told it would cost $200. A couple hours later, the Store Manager called to say "unfortunately" she damaged my iPad touch screen, so instead of the original $200 cost, now I would have to pay $435 to have the screen SHE damaged fixed. I was completely taken back that a business would force a customer to pay for damage they cause themselves. I asked for paperwork to show that she had caused the damage, and she not only refused to provide but also demanded that I pay $435 to get my iPad back. I had to literally call the police in order to get my iPad back and obtain a receipt that showed my iPad was in perfect condition when I first brought it in (see photos). I now have a $1300 iPad that is completely useless (there's no touch on the screen anymore) and has several metal scratches from the terrible job iRepairIt did in damaging the touch screen... I went back through the yelp reviews and noticed that many of the positive reviews are from yelp members that have no profile or activity! There's no way all these positive reviews are legit! This feels like a scam to get a quote from $200 then be forced to pay more than double to have my device scratched and damaged by their wrongdoing. Lesson learned: before taken your iphone/ipad to repair, verify if the repair shop is Apple certified at https://support.apple.com/repair/verify-repair-provider. iRepairIt is NOT Apple certified (see screenshot). A more appropriate name for this business is "iBreakIt".

I went to this store , first thing in the morning, since I needed a document notarized with 2…read morewitnesses. Since there was only one employee in the store I was told to return after 10am and was given a card to call for pricing. I called later and spoke to Carl, who was very helpful and gave me a price for the service. When I returned to the store, Carl had me fill out forms while he took care of other customers. He notarized my document and had the 2 witnesses (employees) sign my paperwork. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. In addition, I was surprised that the cost was less than what I was originally quoted. Also, even though the store was very busy, the employees quickly took care of the customers in a professional way.

We saw them at Bloomies but of the three people working not one of them greeted us or offered assistance so we left and went to Sunglass Hut. They had a squared version instead of oval shape and she liked those better. Keanna was the only employee when we went in. She greeted us immediately and was all smiles. This was very important as we had walked out two other stores because the sales persons were not friendly or helpful. Back to Keanna. She could tell my daughter was anxious about the purchase and I was impressed when she suggested that we finish any other shopping/lunch and think on the purchase. We left, wwnt to lunch and by time we return there was a customer paying with cash and the register didn't open for his change. Keanna continued to offer apologies to both him and us. As she ultimately had to contact store support for the issue. My daughter and I left and went to Victoria Secret where we encountered even more retail employees that weren't engaging. We left. Returned back to Sunglass Hut where a smiling Keanna greeted us and assured us the register issue wasn't her fault. The price for the glasses were the same as they were in Bloomingdales but the customer service received by Keanna was exactly what someone desires when spending a hundred dollars on sunglasses. After trying a few different sunglasses, I found a pair from Oakley that I loved and I was on my way. NOTE: if you're buying sunglasses with polarized lens, which many are at this point, you may not be able to see your HUD (Head Up Display) in your vehicle. I didn't even know that was a thing, but quickly discovered multiple forums online indicating this is an issue with HUDs, regardless of vehicle manufacturer, as they work off the premise of reflecting the image off of the windshield. Polarized lenses effectively block the "glare" of the HUD. I returned to Sunglass Hut the next day initially thinking I would return the pair I bought and select something else. Dina showed me several pairs of non-polarized sunglasses, and I settled on another pair of Oakley's. Her professionalism and desire to help me find the right sunglasses for my needs was phenomenal.
