It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. Again, he was responsive, communicated well and completed the job within days with amazing results. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

He asked for a $2,000 deposit, which I paid on August 12th. He said he would start the work within the next week or two, but after that, I was met with excuse after excuse whenever I checked in. Every time I followed up, I got the brush-off. Finally, after months of waiting and no progress, I requested a refund on November 15th. It's now January 6th, and I still haven't received my money back. I've been given numerous reasons for the delay - the check is "in the mail," then "I'll drop it off this weekend," but nothing ever materializes. At this point, I have no choice but to consider legal action to recover my money. This has been a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise staying away from this company - it's been a scam from start to finish. On Jan 8th, I finally received a check for my deposit amount.

Another company quoted me $225 for this job which is much more reasonable though still higher than I think it's worth. Just beware of price gouging with this company.

Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

When KG's service people (there were two) came to turn on my system in May, they discovered that control box did not work. They showed me the typed of box they recommended and told me I could buy one myself and they could come back, install it, and start my system. Great! But, then not so great. I called KG on 5/23 after receiving a bill for the Spring Start-up. Since the system wasn't started, I called to question the bill. The rep needed to check with her supervisor. Fine. But, since I didn't hear anything, I called back on 6/1 and was told I should disregard the bill. Ok! I wasn't told that there was still a travel fee, which I would have understood. I was just told to ignore it. Luckily, I thought to CONFIRM during the call if KG WOULD install a box that I bought. Again, I was told that a supervisor needed to be consulted. That sounded odd to me because I was told by the service people who visited my house that I COULD buy one and KG would install it. But, the phone rep was pleasant and she'd call me back. Again, I didn't hear from her. So, I called today and was told that I was no longer their customer. WHAT? According to the phone rep, the service people gave me false information because - and this is her words "They are Hispanic." Yes, they were Hispanic, but the young man who appeared to be the lead on the job communicated beautifully with me. Perhaps he did not know the company's policy that KG won't install control boxes that they did not sell. I am not blaming him. I don't want him to be in trouble with KG. He was very pleasant. I just have a hard time understanding why I am being fired as a client. The phone rep could have just apologized and explained nicely that I was given misinformation. Last year I would have rated KG as 5 star. Is KG looking for reasons to stop servicing small properties or ones in the city? I don't know, but I feel as though I was treated unfairly.
