I watered every evening and emailed them when I realized a problem a week later as everything started dying. I am disabled and couldn't get out to where the plants are until the rest of the yard dried out so I could get my wheelchair closer to the watered area. They didn't backfill a lot of the plants I bought. Took them another week to fix that, but a lot are dead because of it. They didn't respond to a lot of email trying to get help. I filed a complaint with BBB and they just made up stories about how I had to be at fault and totally refused to take responsibility. They destroyed a lot of the plants for which I paid $1600.
