This was my first experience with this car wash. My mom was given a free car wash certificate from her car dealership and passed it on to me. I was so impressed with how much staff was involved in the cleaning process. Vacuuming was free. They even gave me a damp rag to wipe down the inside of my car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Consider taking your business elsewhere. To start it off, the staff, at least in the front, are very nice. The price is good for the wash, however, I did not expect to receive cosmetic damage from the microfiber towel drying. I intentionally avoided automatic car washes with brushes etc to ensure my paint stays the best condition possible, however, Squeaky's left my car more damaged than any other wash I've used. I noticed at least 5 new scratches, some worse than others, after my wash. Not only that, they didn't even get most of it. If you aren't super careful about your paint, this wash is worth it though. read more

The only reason they're getting 2 stars is due to their crew working on a frigid day. The quality & value of the wash isn't worth it, even with a coupon for a free one. Had to go to another car wash to get it done right. So while the car wash was free with the coupon, I had to wait in line elsewhere & take more time to get it done right. read more

Came in to wash my Chevy Avalanche after a long trip from Orange County, California. Front of truck and windshield was covered with bug splatter and dirt. My son-in-law recommended Squeaky's Car Wash. It's touch-less without having dirty brushes scraping your paint. As there were at least 15-20 cars in front of me, I noticed that there were Audi's, Mercedes and full size trucks and everything in between. The line moved very smoothly and as I approached the opening to drive through an employee was spraying my truck with a pre wash solution. As I entered the inside soap was dispersed all around. The sprayers were powerful and as I proceeded through the process the rinse jets came on and my truck was "SQUEAKY " clean. Finally the blowers came on and dried the majority of the truck and what wasn't dried 2 employees with towels wiped down the windshield , windows and everything that needed drying. This was just the Basic Wash and the value was well worth it!! My windshield was clean as can be as well was the rest of the truck and not one bugs ass was left. In California I pay $45 for someone to come out to my house to wash my truck. Squeaky's does the same job for less. I am totally impressed!!! read more

SQUEAKYS CAR WASH!! Never again!! We just got our car washed and they didn't wipe off the front camera so I grabbed the rag to go out and wipe it off before we gave it to them. The guy yelled at me to never get out of my car until I pulled over. He was right about that. I should have waited. My 83 year old husband was driving and pulled towards the exit and the guy came and beat on our car!!! He was yelling and beating on the window!! He said "Give me our f'***ing towel and plastic sign!l". Seriously! Scared us both. Terrible!! Just lost a regular customer (I have a monthly pass), and I hope you will join me! read more

NEVER AGAIN! I was bumped from the back because they jam so many cars as close together as they can. When I got out, I told the attendant that the truck behind me bumped me ... he apologized and the attendant that was spraying the vehicles came up and clearly saw the entire thing yet was scared to admit anything! I left, but called to speak with someone, anyone that had any idea on how to run a business! I was told "we are short staffed, I don't know when the manager or owner will be in, what do you want me to do about it?" Blah blah blah! Seriously it was a cheap wash at that! They soap your car up outside in the sunlight. It dries on your windows in your car before they can get your car inside and rinse it off. Some of their staff is very rude. The staff that wipes down and dries your car, never wipes down the whole car. Their equipment needs to be updated. read more

After a simple issue inside of the car wash, the attendant refused to speak to me. All I wanted was an update on what happened. Afterwards, I requested to speak to the manager. The manager kept disregarding me and rolling his eyes at me. Customer service is severely lacking. read more

If you want a clean car id suggest you take it elsewhere. Took my explorer in for a wash. It wasn't extremely dirty just road grime. I paid for the 2nd most expensive wash. After going through the car wasn't even close to being clean So i went back through the line and was given another wash. After the 2nd wash it wasn't much better. There was only 1 employee drying So all he dried was the windshield, hood and a little of the front. Not his fault that there isn't enough staff so he still got a tip. The only clean part was the areas that were wiped dry. Ended up using quick detailer when i got home. I don't expect a just detailed look when i go there I just want it clean. This has become an ongoing issue with this location. read more

Super bummed. First time there today and left with a dirtier car than I arrived with. I also got some (hopefully) topical scratches, likely from their car wash machinery/sponges. Now I'm home rewashing my my car and will need to buff/wax out the scratches. The folks working there were super friendly, but that isn't enough to keep me coming back. read more

Stopped by the day before the Fourth of July after a 1200 mile trip from Phoenix to CDA. Car came out very clean and vacuum hoses did great job of picking up stuff from floor and floor mats. I would use again. Place was very busy but to through fairly quickly. read more

This tunnel, Wash gets the back of my forerunner, clean, where to other tunnel wash locations in town didn't. The staff is courteous and willing to help when I see is only change my subscription package. I arrived on a day after a lot of snow when they weren't officially open and because I had a season pass, they brought me into the tunnel and power washed my vehicle to get salt off. I have a pass with metro car wash, but because I was on a time crunch and my car really needed a quick cleaning. I stopped by this place. The price wasn't bad at all and I was pretty impressed that I got an actual towel with a cleaning solution to clean my dashboard. also, I appreciate the cashers honesty on what package would work best for me. I was very surprised that there were two workers Powerwashing in my car before I went through it, and then two more workers who actually hand dried my car along with the dryer. I like Squeaky's, they do a good job. The back of my windshield doesn't get clean with the spoiler there so you need to ask them to hand clean it before going through. They're nice about it. Also note that they close at 6:00, NOT 7:00! You might ask for extra towels to hand dry some places the blower doesn't reach. Overall, if you can't hand wash yourself, this is a good place to go. read more

Would not recommend unless,you want to spend a decent amount of money, and have your car come out a little cleaner than when you went in, this may be the place for you. I went there yesterday and paid for the "Extreme Was" which includes tires and wheels being cleaned. Neither were done. After the wash and hand drying was done, the attendant did spray something on the tires themselves, but it didn't do much good. Three of the rims looked like they were sprayed, not touched. One rim didn't look like it was touched, or sprayed at all. The right side of my truck was not touched. It looked like I just drove through a puddle. The top of my truck was also dirty. I understand how busy the car wash is, but when I spend $18, plus a tip, I don't expect to have to re-wash my truck. I am very disappointed. read more

Been going to this car wash for 3 years now and have been happy with the wash job. The people at the pay shack and the guys drying of my pickup all are very polite. The two guys (Robert & Darrell), who hose off the vehicles before going into the car wash, are something completely different. They kept yelling at me to move forward (I couldn't hear them as I have a diesel & I couldn't see them as my windshield was covered in soap suds. Upon rolling down my window to let them know I couldn't see, the one gentlemen yelled at me AGAIN. He told me to "DON'T YELL AT ME". This is, in my opinion, very unprofessional and discourteous. My suggestion would be to hose off the customers' windshield BEFORE yelling at them to move forward. read more

Decent semi full service car wash at a fair price. What it has going for it: - they do a pretty good job cleaning the exterior of your car - pricing is terrible - a person to dry the outside of your car What it has going against it: - longer wait than most - weird set up - not full service So coming from NYC/LI I am use to every car wash bring full service....they vacuum and wipe down your interior, wash you mats, clean your door jams and windows (inside & out)hand wash and machine wash your exterior and totally dry your exterior... for almost the same price Squeaky's charges. So that's why they get 3 stars. The way you wait in line is awkward... so if you don't need to vacuum your interior there is an "express" lane.... ignore that if there is a line. You can get your interior vacuum real quick and cut in front of the people in the express lane....I can see it being a problem for some people. Do I see myself coming here again....not if I have to. I got a free wash from Subaru, if I get another free wash, I will come again maybe. read more

On the way to Coeur D'Alene, I got behind a semi that threw rocks on my F-150's windshield. I got two nickle sized chips in my windshield; one of which was right in the driver's field of vision. That really got me fired up, so I called SafeLite for an estimate. Not only did they want $134 to repair two chips, they had quite a wait. I don't live in CdA, so they weren't going to drive an hour away to fix it. I looked up window repair in my phone and found Squeaky's. Had no idea that they repaired windshields. They only charged me $36 to repair both and did it in minutes. I got lucky as there was no wait at the moment. While they don't offer the same guarantee that SafeLite does, (replace windshield if chip repair fails) they did a great job. It's been three months since I got the chips/repair and it's still holding up. If I ever have any more windshield issues, I'm taking it to Squeaky's! read more

I feel like the directions should be better I have a fairly good grasp on how car washes work... or at least I thought I did. I was in the wrong line at one point, and then the car wasn't quite clean after the first go-through, so I had to go back around. It's only time, right? The staff was understanding, and helped me get out with a clean car. I wish that they had clear, defined lanes. But other than that, it is a good place to get the gunk off your car. read more

This is the second wash within a few weeks that the wash and hand dry didn't clean the raid grim off the car. The first time there was a grey film all over the car from I'm guessing using recycled water and this time, the road grim wasn't even removed. I had to hand wipe the complete exterior. Not even the bugs were cleaned off. It was not busy. I will not recommend this location. read more

I've been here twice and am much more impressed with it than the car wash on Ramsey and Kathleen. My only complaint is the rear of my car seems to never get fully clean. Other than that, they do a great job. They are very fast also, so it's not a long wait. I will continue going there. read more

It was almost like they randomly washed two-thirds of my car. Did most of this door, left a nice triangle of dirt. Didn't bother with this window, but got the others. Both ends of my hatchback liftgate, but not the middle. A truly worthless car wash that left patches to show how dirty my car was. And when I tipped the guy drying my car, he just stared me down, like he was mad that I was handing him a few bucks. No thanks, nothing said whatsoever in response to me saying thanks to him. Had a minor repair job done on my Tacoma...the clear bra had a couple of rips that I caused. I cruised in there and they had me in and out in a couple of hours. Job was done right and guess what...no charge!! Quality shop...quality people. This is where I go when I want a good car wash! Their price is reasonable, and the brushes never touch my car to scratch it. They do a thorough spray-on pretreatment, and my car comes out sparkling clean every time. One time, my car had lots of sticky pollen on the roof. When I went through, it didn't remove all of the pollen. They called my attention to it, and asked me to go through a second time at no expense. I've found them to be very friendly and responsible. The previous reviewer should have called attention to his issue and they would have gladly rewashed. Anyone can have a bad day. read more
