Do not use this company. Booked them for a Wine Tour on Long Island, they sent the most unprofessional driver. The limo was to have a full bar, only to have a few cups, no ice and pint size drinks, The list is too long to mention, just shop around otherwise, you may have a very special event ruined by an unprofessional driver, you may find yourself eating the promised picnic lunch with no utensil, the driver may pull up and beep the horn, he wont open the door for you and again, you don't want to be annoyed on your special day. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We hired this company to take us on a wine tour through Long Island. We chose several wineries from a pre-set list. At each stop, we were informed by the bus driver when to return to the bus. We returned to the bus at each designated time promptly, except for the last stop. We were 15 minutes late. We agreed that since it was our fault that we were late - we would pay any overages which were incurred because of our lateness. On the way back, we noticed that we were over 2 hours away from the city, yet it was 4 pm. We were supposed to be dropped off at 5pm. We did not hit ANY traffic, and the owner wanted to charge us for the extra time. In fact, we did not return until 7 pm. We told the owner that we would not be paying for the overtime, since it was a scam,and designed so that the passengers would have to pay the driver overtime. The driver screamed at me, and ordered the bus driver to pull over on the highway, and drop us off, until we paid $200 to return to the city. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE. read more

First of all I would like to start off by saying this company doesn't even deserve a star. If I could give a negative star rating, I would! We used this service for my best friends wedding. Which was supposed to be a very special day for her, her husband and every member of the bridal party (the people that were in the escalade limo). The driver showed up to pick us up for the church at 430, because her ceremony started at 5 o'clock sharp! The driver showed up at exactly 4:56, which caused the bride and her bridesmaids to be half an hour late for her wedding! After the church we were taking group pictures with the photographer when we were abruptly confronted by the driver, Frank. He was telling the bride that we had to "hurry up" because we had to leave for the venue. The bride and the people around her then pointed out that he arrived half an hour late, so he would have to wait a few minutes. She also then reminded him that in the contract there was a specific amount of time necessary to take pictures at the beach. As we grew up in a beach town it was extremely important to the bride and groom to take these pictures. At this point Frank started screaming at the bride, with his finger pointed in her face. He told us if we needed time for beach pictures it would cost $400 extra dollars. I have never witnessed someone so unprofessional in all my life. For a limo driver to cause a BRIDE to cry on her wedding day is unacceptable! Then he proceeded to drive us to the venue like a maniac! Slamming on the brakes every time he approached a stop sign or red light! After contacting the company to let them know how this man Frank ruined her wedding day, all they had to say was "I don't know what to tell you!" If I could rate this service 0 i would. The only good thing that came from this limousine company was the great and understanding chauffeur. Let me begin by saying i booked this limousine for a prom I booked really late therefore my choices were limited and so was the budget. They told me a 10 hour package would be 1526 with everything included. I had no problem with this. I provided credit card information and everything. Julie one of the represantatives, which also has an attitude problem calls me 2 days before to confirm everything after prom location all that came with that she assured me everything was fine. On the day of prom when the limo was already downstairs which i can assure this one was on purpose she calls me and tells me the credit card I provided was declined knowing that we would be in a rush to find another one and wouldnt have time to think because she was pressuring me telling me that they were going to call the driver to come back and cancel. We quickly got a credit card number from someone else and she said it went through. We were set to go. When i get downstairs to my surprise the limo was beautiful from the outside. When I look inside i notice it wasnt as beautiful. the Lights were coming off it looked cheap some of the seats were broken. NOT TO MENTION THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING. By luck my prom ended up being on a really hot day. we were burning in there. then to my surprise we wanted to listen to music guess what the radio was not working. the only good thing was they switched it for a party bus with ac and working music which wasnt even a pretty sight A MONTH LATER JULIE HAS THE NERVE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH?? Terrible Brew Tour. Per my contract I was suppose to get a 30 passenger party bus. They sent a smaller one & my guests had to sit on their own coolers. AC did not work. Toilet did not flush! Imagine a Beer Tour and the toilet doesn't work. The Brewery's were not equipped to handle our crowd as they had NO IDEA we were coming, The last Brewery did not have enough flight glasses so we all got a "large" beer. Customer Service was AWFUL. My response was one excuse after the other. I got hung up on and in the end Julie (I believe to be the so called manager) did not even have the decency to talk to me about all that went wrong. Correspondence was via email & it was total bs. I never take the time out to write a review however this company is run so poorly that my experience should not happen to anyone else. This is actually THE worst limousine service I have ever experienced, and the only one I have ever experienced. Friend of mine decided to rent a party bus for her birthday. Bus came an hour with the driver saying he got lost, yet there was a GPS in the front, and it was not that nice on the inside. Keep in mind this was a party with a bunch of 17 year olds. When a bathroom break was needed, he stopped in the most sketchy neighborhood I have ever seen and continues to say "I don't know exactly where we are but I guess run off and find a bathroom, wherever that may be" Driver didn't even care enough to guide us to a bathroom and just let us roam around a very sketchy neighborhood in the middle of Brooklyn. After, the bus was supposed to drive us through Brooklyn and the City, but it broke down in downtown Brooklyn, something about the breaks. Anyways, the driver insists that we just walk around an unfamiliar place by ourselves and takes no regard to the fact that we're underage. Everytime we asked when another bus was coming he'd say I don't know, ask to call the bus company "I don't know", how long will we be here "I don't know". Showed no effort at all in trying to resolve the situation and just sat in the front of the broken down bus on his phone. We were stuck there for practically 3 hours before another bus came, and even that bus driver had the nerve to say "I don't know how long it'll take to get home since I don't know exactly how to get back" but like isn't that your job? Finally got back around 1 AM, an hour later than we were supposed to. This company is atrocious, horrendous, and I urge anyone who's looking at this company for a party bus to seriously consider another company. Completely unreliable!! read more

It saddens me that I have to write this but Metro limo has extremely horrible customer service I booked a winery package to accomodate 10 of my friends for my birthday celebration on Saturday May 14, 2016. The limo looked like it should be in a junk yard. Not to mention the air condition was broken and it was about 100 degrees in that rusty hunk of junk. That's a health hazard!! I quickly called the co and was told they couldn't accommodate me and to cancel my trip. I told him I'm not canceling my birthday celebration. So I had no choice but to travel in this vehicle with a leak in the back of vehicle where there were cups to collect the sewage. Another health hazard! Mold is linked to respiratory illnesses! My girlfriends and I were subjected to a fowl Odor for hours! The driver took back streets all the way to the vineyards. We were rushed out of every vineyard because the driver claimed he had another gig. Why didn't he take the highway? He took away our time that we paid for! It's funny how the highway was available to him on our way back home. Now lunch!! Ha! Was a joke! Roasted chicken ? That was simply one slice of a dry cold cut and something they wanna call cheese in between two bricks they wanna call bread. My friend preordered a Steak sandwich and was given something that we think was roast beef. She threw it in the garbage along with the other lunches that company called food. My girlfriends and I had to buy food to eat...Thank God we had chips. We are fortunate we didn't die of hunger, heat exhaustion or respiratory failure. Their service was not worth the 1358.50 at all. Used Metro for a tour of the LI vineyards. It would appear the company can plan a nice day, they organized our entry into the wineries, negotiated a slightly lower price and catered lunch from their usual spot all of which were fine. But unfortunately the day was ruined by the limo itself. When it showed up they told us there was a problem with the AC. It was an 85+ degree day, a 2 hour ride with no AC was unacceptable. On top of that only 1 of the 3 windows actually rolled down, the other 2 were also broken. On our ride out east the AC blew hot, warm and finally made it to room temperature. When the organizer called the dispatcher repeatedly through out the day to see what they could do to resolve the situation or compensate the group she got no where, not only did she get no where the dispatcher yelled at her! I would not recommend this company for anything important, the limo and the customer service were horrible. read more

This company should get a negative 100 stars.....This is the most disgusting excuse for a business I have ever seen. we hired a party bus for a trip for 30 to the vineyards yesterday in the brutal heat. Upon entering the bus you could smell the bathroom as there was no AC on the bus, half way there we all started feeling ill from the heat ( I might add at this time that a portion of the LIE collapsed today from the heat) The driver knew it was broken. I tried calling the company from the bus and the person who answered said what did I want them to do about it , I demanded a new bus meet us there and he hung up on me. When we got there another member of our party called and the same person who hung up on me told him that they were leaving us there if we complained again. At that point we took our money back as we paid in cash to avoid extra fees ( IRS should look into that ) but they did have my credit card from the deposit and from before we boarded as I had to give it incase of any overtime fees. We wanted the bill on the card so we can dispute it. At that. point the owner of the company called the police on us for taking our cash back. When the police arrived at the vineyard and they and discovered the reason we took our cash and that the company had our credit card they called the company and they proceeded to hang up on the police twice. The police at that time were so disgusted with them that they helped us secure another bus for the ride home that was new and most of all COLD. Never , ever , ever use this company.. read more

I had a terrible experience with Metro Limousine, trying to book a Long Island Wine Tour. I used this company 2 years ago to go wine tasting with my husband and enjoyed it so thought I would re-book the tour for my 40th birthday. The driver, in particular, was very good. However, the head of Customer Service, Julie, is incredibly incompetent and rude. Firstly, she couldnt give me a breakdown of the expected cost for the 1-day wine tasting tour over the phone when I asked for it. She just got irritated. Yet, even worse - after I tentatively booked this Company for my party of 4 for my 40th birthday, Julie threw a huge fit on the phone when I informed her that I wanted to visit 5 vineyards, rather than 4. (We had even discussed this before but she accused me of lying). After yelling at me on the phone, accusing me of being difficult, she told me to take my business elsewhere only 1 week before my birthday celebration and then hung up on me - so, you know, I did.
