    Broken lambo door handle

    Update: limo showed up on time at 1045 and the pick hummer arrived! Frank the concierge was very nice. He didn't have a GPS cable but luckily my friend did. I was taken back by the dents in the body but I figure normal wear and tear. We roll in the limo and the interior is old and worn, coming away at the seams in areas. Floor and ceiling lights didn't work (lit up at corners but did not go across). Blue tooth radio worked though! Frank was professional and got us everywhere on time. Second stop, he went to open the lambo door and the handle broke... He fell backwards! He claimed he was fine and I had my friend who was a nurse speak with him privately, and he reassured us he was fine. Poor Frank! The main door was now out of commission and we had to use the back side doors which are labeled emergency exits, smaller but worked to get us in and out. We opted to have lunch with the tour and the food was good, but we had to set up a table outside to eat bc the wineries will not let you bring outdoor food in (I was warned about this but I was unaware I'd have to set up a table, like pull chairs and such) Also, although our tickets were waiting for us we noticed other wine tours had tables reserved which we did not. We stood on time and got to and from safely. As a service dispatcher, I found the person answering the phone to be less than friendly. When I called to confirm the night before he said, "yeah didn't you get the confirmation email?" I did, a few days ago. This was a big event so I was just checking... In summary; got the limo I wanted but it needs some TLC, great chauffeur Frank, handle broke- hope Frank's Ok!, wineries knew we were coming but no table reservations, just tickets. I'd try another company next time. I'm currently in the process of booking my vineyard trip with Goldstar limousine specifically due to their pink hummer limousine. It's my moms 55th birthday and my dad is having shoulder surgery soon, so we didn't want people at the house or too much stress. I haven't booked a limo company in awhile but have had my fair share of dealings in the past, however I've never done a wine tour. Anyway, I've put the deposit down and picked out the wineries via their website. However when the contract came I was a bit taken back to see I would have to pay the balance in cash, which I'm told is to pay for the vineyard stops, ok maybe that's true but that's a lot of cash... Also the terms and conditions at the bottom have me unnerved... I am paying more for the pink hummer and using this company specially for that purpose but there terms say they can "substitute" due to circumstances out of their control... Yikes! So far the customer service has been good, I got the contract back within 2 days from making my deposit and emails have been answered almost instantly (and my mom has been wanting to change the time... She thinks I'm taking her to brunch...) So 5 stars, will update with pics of my first vineyard trip in a pink hummer limo and hopefully a glowing 5 star review :).

I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. The bus which showed up was a party bus, no seatbelts, only 4 forward facing seats. The company shrugged the shoulders and told us there was nothing they could do, and that it was an "upgrade". One motion-sick trip later, we called up, nothing was offered, but they swore that the return trip a few days later would be the 33-person passenger bus that we paid for. What came was a 24 person passenger bus. Luckily there were some people who could carpool with others, otherwise we would have run out of space. They refunded $100, and never apologized. Do not use.

When they started asking me for the details of what I needed it for, I mentioned it was for my wedding. This prompted an immediate transfer to their "weddings" department. At their "weddings" department, I had to start over and explain what I needed. They must not have realized that I had already received a full quote from their "non-weddings" department because they quoted me $1,900. When I asked them why it was going to cost an extra $800 for my wedding (same number of hours, same location), they said they offer a "premium" service for weddings. So naturally I asked what that entailed. Their answer? The drive wears a tuxedo. I asked if they could just let the drivers wear their normal outfit and save me $800 and they said no. They rudely followed this up with "If you're looking to save $800 maybe we're not the company for you". So they're not the company for me. Fine. They also shouldn't be the company for you. Who wants to pay $800 for their limo driver to wear a tuxedo? $800? Am I buying him or her a tuxedo? TL;DR? They are rude on the phone and seem to think that a wedding justifies a massive price increase with negligible benefit (you be the judge) for the same service. I think that's bad service.
