this was emailed to mm corporate and tempurpedic -with no response. so i filed complaints tonight. tempur luxe adapt king big nightmare was lied to manipulated. defrauded out of $5,000 of my ssi, due to trusting in him but he swindled me knew i couldn't afford bed wasn't right for me. confused i'm disabled. lied to by metromattress who sells tempurpedic,i was swindled into spending $5,000 for luxe adapt king mattress never for me. caused my back to go out several times. could never sleep more than 3 hours. i got physically sick. and still am. due to this 90 days of hell. was told they would honor tempu 90 day guarantee. and waive $99 return fee. i contact regional sales manager craig p, who sold me mattress. in day 11, and 13 telling him the nightmare i was having asked for advice. i have his personal email. after sale he stopped responding. i told him by email to pick up mattress and return to store if he couldn't help me. then i again make contact with him on day 90, he claimed it was day 92 when i txted him to come pick up the mattress. after sending him several emails. stating he wont take it back. i'm on ssi disabled both physically /mentally. craig p from metromattress lied, took advantage of me, and said he won't take it back before 90 days. everything he said was lie to confuse me dupe me out of not being able to return. craig was unclear by so many things. i thought he said i had to give it at least 90 days to break in the bed before he would take it back. i truly am confused by this whole thing and craig was not honest to me on anything. 1] this bed was truly for me - lie 2] you can trust me and i won't steer you wrong- lie 3] i will go to bat for you if you ever have a problem or warranty claim with tempu- i will never let you down- lie 4] if you pay in full within 1 yr/12 months there will be no interest charge or any other charges incurred- lie fortiva finance company slaps with $49 annual fee 5] anytime you need please email me and i will always get back to you asap. -lie craig lied to me on all 5 of these issues. must say i hated bed from when it was delivered. even the delivery people were rude. and i never was able to as craig said, break it in. being disabled i had no idea what he was getting into. because i trust authority even when i shouldn't. i felt could rely on craig. the most i ever spent on a bed was $900 in his life before trusting your sneaky corrupt [ or whatever craig was not trustworthy] salesman craig. fact that i bought a mattress from them in cortland ny when i used to live in tully ny that i felt i could trust them. so i didn't have my guard up with craig when should've. your company took away 6 months of my ssi checks. his trickery is it will mold into you. after 90 days that is nothing but lies!!! craig opened all these new stores this year in new england. run from metromattress do not buy from them they will steal lie and manipulate you. if your disabled or know someone who is flood cptaszenski@metromattress.com email with disgust how he treats disabled people and taking advantage of them. i've filed a fraud complaint with mass state atty general, and new york ag against both metromattress and craig ptaszenski. william spudis headquarters 213 n comrie ave, johnstown, new york, 12095, united states service@metromattress.com (518)705-4001 read more

We were looking for a king sized mattress and stopped at Metro Mattress to see what they had. Our salesperson was Ryan who first fitted us for a comfortable pillow and then took us on a "comfort tour" of many of the beds. We spent 4-6 minutes laying on each mattress, working our way from very soft to very firm, and listening to a discussion of the various features of each mattress. Ryan was a very accommodating salesperson, very attuned to what we liked and didn't like in both a pillow and a mattress. He was truly interested in fitting us with the right items. After trying a lot of beds we selected the "Pure Tally Bliss" mattress which, beside being very comfortable for both of us, is made in AMERICA, hypoallergenic and dissipates body heat. We also purchased the king EZ base, a GM Vertex mattress protector that also dissipates heat, two pillows and a headboard. The total price with tax, removal of an old mattress and the moving of another mattress was around $4,700.00. We have slept now on the new bed for about 2 weeks and are very happy with our purchases. The mattress and the mattress pad really do dissipate excess body heat! Delivery was quick, we could have had it delivered the next day, but chose to have it all delivered in 2 days time. The headboard came from another store and that was delivered in 3 days. There was a problem fitting the headboard with the pre drilled holes in the EZ Base, but after two tries by the installers they were able to mount a modification plate to fit the headboard to the base. I was impressed by their persistence and attention to detail. read more

My experience with Ken at Metro Mattress on John Glenn Blvd. was excellent. I came to Metro to purchase a Nectar mattress & box spring after having done a few months of research on 'bed in a box' mattresses. However, after having received the mattress & box spring and sleeping on it 7 days, I kept waking up with lower back & hip pain. I called Ken very upset and he suggested I come and spend some time trying out different mattresses which I did. I learned that for me, Nectar was too soft after testing out the Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt mattresses. The difference in how my back felt was immediate. Throughout this process, Ken explained the differences and answered my many questions. He was extraordinarily patient and understanding. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I ended up getting the Pro Adapt mattress & box spring set and have been sleeping comfortably since. We had such a great experience with Metro Mattress. We went to the John Glenn Blvd location yesterday and just wanted to browse. Anthony assisted us and he was great. He wasn't pushy like the typical salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was honest and friendly as well. He helped us find the perfect mattress. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the mattress and base they were delivered by two courteous gentleman. We were given the time frame of delivery between 830am-1130am. They gave me a personal courtesy call when they were five minutes away just after 9am. The delivery guys were very respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and very polite. I am extremely impressed with our overall experience. All three employees (Anthony and the two delivery men, not sure of their names) we dealt with deserve to be acknowledged for a job well done. My husband and I went in looking for a number bed after hearing the commercials on the radio. Anthony and Carl took great care of us and were amazing, very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We purchase a mattress a few years ago and was provided with excellent service. We noticed the last month that our mattress was dipping. We contacted metro mattress and they helped us file a claim. They were so helpful during the process and had great followup with the situation. We were approved for a replacement and once again were provided awesome customer service. Great service at this Metro Mattress. I found the manager to be very knowledgeable about the mattress. I bought a tempurpedic. Delivery was very easy to set up. I love the sleep on it for a whole year as long as you have their mattress cover! What could be better. The whole experience was great from start to finish including the delivery guys....
