I didn't test drive the car and when I went to go home the warning light was on. I asked about it and was told "they all have tire warning lights, it's a sensor" If it's just the sensor they should have fixed it. I got home and contacted them a couple hours later asking to return and stop the deal. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. I'm Stuck. I asked for vehicle history and was told to pay for CarFax.. The whole thing is Scummy.

They did a fantastic job and saved me a ton of money and one HUGE headache. There were issues, with the car being 65 years old and original, but nothing unexpectedly wrong with the car. However the paperwork was screwed up, no one saw it, not the dealer and not me. Had it shipped to California with that paperwork it is likely I could never have registered the car in this state or if I could it would have cost a lot of time and money to do so. Because I used PPI the paperwork mistake was found before shipment and is being fixed by the dealer. Once I receive the corrected paperwork and the car I should have no troubles. PPI did an excellent job taking numerous photographs as well as checking and documenting everything and follow up conversation discussing all the issues and findings. Had I have gone to a nationally known brand it would have cost more and I doubt I could have gotten better or more professional and personalized service. PPI is a great value for the money. While waiting for the AAA company, we reached out to several other towing services, but no one was available. Then we called Stickles Towing, and the driver was absolutely amazing. He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. Unfortunately, we ended up replacing the battery ourselves in the parking lot at the four-hour mark, but even though this would have been an out-of-pocket service, his dedication and kindness didn't go unnoticed.
