You watch a hobbling gentle giant and refuse a vaccination visit (which was btw a follow up and would not have been a 'full appointment time') and refuse to for 3 mins late!! I wish I could really write what I'm thinking! It's disgusting to me!!! This is healthcare? NEVER COMING BACK HERE. That doctor DOES NOT care about animals.

They provide everything you need for the bath for just $10. The best part is you don't have to worry about cleaning up the mess, and there are vacuums so your car doesn't get the wet dog smell after. The staff is really friendly. They have events for pet adoption and services like nail-clipping regularly. I'm a big fan! I'm happy to have discovered it here.

When I asked the pet store owner where the cats were, he explained that a few people had posted very negative comments about the store and its owners, citing mistreatment of the cats. What?? If anything, the owners of the shop, as well as the rescue shelter that sponsored the cats and handled the adoption process, deserve our gratitude. The shop owners had been graciously donating space to host the cats to help them get adopted. The agency sponsoring the cats sent someone to the store every day to tend to them. I've always been impressed with the level of cleanliness of the crates (and also of the store in general). Such a strange and sad story about a local pet shop trying to do good and becoming the target of some online bullies.

I asked how far along she was thinking if she was wet or needed to be brushed I could do that at home. At that point I I found out she was in cage the entire two hours and not even started. He stated they were backed up but they were working on a dog in back to add insult to injury the person who came in behind me initially was picking up her dog. No excuse could be given to me why my dog was still in the cage not started since I purposely made her the first appointment of the day. I took my dog home without being groomed.I have used them previously feel this never should have happened they never even apologized just said have a nice day as I walked out what an insult.
