I had to go to another pump being locked out which was fine and then it didn't give me a receipt so I still have to go in and I wasn't too happy about that but when I get to the counter, I got there at the same time as another person w/ snack since I got gas ..I should go first, so I ask him for my receipt and he has the nerve to apologize to the other person as if I interrupted he was trying to send me a clear message and it wasn't very nice. I mentioned the numbers not being clear so I guess he thought I was complaining. I was hoping he would say yes we need to fix that. There's no receipt on the pump .Instead of apologizing to the other person he should have said hey I'm sorry you experienced that. But instead, he tried to make me feel like I was interrupting the other patron when in fact, we were there at the same time and I had already made a purchase . If you had had your receipt in pump, I wouldn't have had to come in so I get inconvenienced twice, but he's apologizing to the other person. I felt like he just wanted to be rude instead of addressing the rubbed off numbers on that one pump. He wanted me to feel stupid obviously.

City stores sold to Texas 7-11 the stores have really gone downhill. For example, Pepsi is no longer the distributor for BITB for fountain drinks. Now they are constantly out of product. A gas brand that is quite common in the Midwest states. They are located right next door to La Quinta in Oklahoma City where my eldest daughter and I were staying overnight before flying back home to So Cal. Grateful it is so conveniently located nearby! Got gas only and paid at the pump with credit card. Didn't go inside the food mart, hence, didn't encounter any staff members. It was a very quick visit. Gas station was bright and clean. Hopefully all these pumps are fixed in 2026! Until I hear they are generally working, I will likely avoid this station at all costs.

Also one of the workers wasn't wearing a mask and she was talking about how it doesn't matter everyone was going to catch it to which I spoke up and said well if I catch it I would die and she rolled her eyes at me. So glad to see how well your employees treat customers. Btw it's the law she has to wear one. So I see OnCue is not taking this seriously . Such a disappointment. Good thing you aren't the only convenience store around. I'll make sure to stay away from this one for good.
