My sisters always buy her gift certificates. After getting her hair done today, my mom handed the owner a very generic gift certificate (note I say generic because her gift certificates are hand written by her on a sheet of paper ripped out from a notebook and attached to the business card) and said no she already used it the entire amount. Not true. She is a liar and sat there arguing with my 83 year old mom and charged her for the haircut. Shame on her and for taking advantage of an older lady like that. Shame on her for doing this to a regular client. Because my sister paid cash we have no proof for the exception of $100 note she wrote and attached to a card as the gift certificate. It never showed that my mom used it and was getting deducted. She would always cross out the $ amount and deduct what the hair cut cost. Ex $100 gift card, used $20, $80 balance. She just flat out refused the gift card that shows the full $100. I am disgusted that she would literally steal $100 from a regular client who is 83 years old. Shocking and ballsy. Do not go to her. I used to until she messed up my hair but I stopped years ago and didn't write a bad review then. But now, ripping off your regular client or any client for that matter. She deserves to get blasted and you all deserve to know.

The hair cut was average and the color was... well I probably could have done better myself, (I just went back to Regis to see Janet for that ;) They hair stylist that did my hair seemed like she just finished school or something and was kind of slow doing my color (which I believe was mostly re-touching my roots). Everything else was pretty good... and for the $55 and tips that I spent on it was worth it all. As for their regular prices, some services are a bit pricey but they do aim for that "private, exclusive spa" feel. I do recommend that you make an appointment since their hours are a bit weird and they are usually very busy.
